    Popped into howdens today for some building equipment. Two lovely ladies were very helpful and so passionate. Morgan and Borgan the duo thats better than co-codamol when it comes to kitchen and joinery. Immediate pain relief. Come to howdens bow.

    Absolutely the most appalling experience ever requested 14 lengths of skirting to be delivered to a job only nine lengths turned up charged for 14 lengths which they were quite happy to take very quickly off my credit card. The lengths that did turned up look like they were smoke damaged.... Really unacceptable condition. The delivery was late. Nobody communicates no one bothered to contact now I'm having to fight to get my money back and buy the skirting again.

    I came here a couple times in the passed month. Never really had the chance to check this branch out before, as I’ve always had more local Howdens branches to my jobs. Now I regret not visiting these guys before. Staff are very friendly, know their products and the place is kept very neat and tidy.

    Went to Bow a branch without an appointment for a kitchen design and Darren, Brogan and Davies has a given a friendly and good service! We are given the quote almost as soon as the design was established (unlike the other branch in London, who emailed the quote 2 weeks after the design consultation). Laura (manager)has a top notch team!

    One of the worst branch. Attitude with clients is very low look's like no one wants to work there. And boys in warehouse are like turtle's. Some times you have to wait 20 minutes or more just for one item. If you can avoid this branch - do it !

    Can't correctly identify product codes or defective products. Appawling attitude to customers and attitude to work(could be due to heat but nevertheless still unacceptable). Final comment sandles and dirty feet not at the workplace please.

    Clean and organise depot could have a larger car park to be able to receive deliveries and open at the same. Staff ok if a bit slow. They also seemed to hold a sensible out of stock and have what you're looking.

    We went here to finalise our kitchen design. We were given 30 minutes with the designer and everything was very rushed (in comparison to wren and other places where we were given 2 hours). We weren't shown any of the bits we'd chosen for our kitchen, the selection of quartz was virtually non existent. I've heard their kitchens are very good, but we couldn't tell from our visit here, so won't be buying.
