Our builders put us in a really awful situation, running away with all our money and leaving us with literally the bare bones of the house. We had hoped to get a devol kitchen and paid upfront for the design service but since we found ourselves in such a situation, we knew not only would the project be done in time but we could be even worse off, having to sell to cash buyer etc We asked devol if they would extend but they kept sending emails saying the period to use our design fee was expiring. We therefore asked if we could buy something small like shelves but they refused. Given how allegedly high end this company is I genuinely hoped given our circumstances they would help but they lacked any human touch. Ultimately we lost our design fee for nothing and given their behaviour we went with a small local bespoke company who gave us a more personal experience. Luckily we found a way to continue our home.

DeVol were professional and flexible in their approach. Good quality products and, when there were issues, they worked collaboratively with us to resolve them. Would recommend for kitchens that enhance the value of your property.
I recently ordered a bespoke aged brass hanging rail and hooks, and having shopped around on Etsy couldn't find anything matching the quality of deVOL. Ordering and delivery took 2 weeks, and even when one of the brackets was a couple of millimetres off, they sent a replacement immediately. Very responsive customer service so would definitely recommend them.
We bought a house in Sevenoaks while still living in the US and were forced to do the renovation remotely due to Covid. The deVOL team (Helen on design and Lucy on project coordination) were awesome - incredible attention to detail and really well thought through. They worked with the builder, laid out all their requirements in advance and made everything seemless. What's really blown us away though is how responsive deVOL (Alice) is on the back end after the installation of the product. There are always issues to work out (tweaks or appliances that have issues) and the deVOL team has been fantastic at working through all of these. They respond within a matter of hours, manage the underlying vendors and are always polite and helpful.
