Don't touch them with a Barge pole !! Ever since 2020 I have been fighting to get money from them. First it was rent paid by my tenants now it is their deposit due to me. There have been 38 emails back and forth since October 2023 -- continual excuses and promises. Unbelievable. Take warning.

I had an appointment with Trish on 29 May 21 with the potential of renting out my property with Flintshire Homes, as they came highly recommend by my neighbour for there professional and good customer service . The day of the appointment no one turned up, not even a phone call to say either they could not make it or could they make it another day. I sat and waiting for over an hour just in case they were running late . The next day (30/5/21) I called Trish to see why the appointment was missed , there was no answer so I left a message for Trish to call me back . No reply. I left another message that day for Trish to call me . No reply from that message either. It is now Wednesday the 2nd of June 21 and after further calls without reply as to why this is I have now decided to take my business else where as I dont think I can trust them with my property. Thank you Flintshire Homes for wasting my time. As of today 3/6/21, Flintshire Homes have now blocked me on Facebook Messenger. So much for there Professional and caring team. Its now one week later and I still do not know why Flintshire Homes did not turn up for there appointment. They will not reply .
