   I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience I had with Howden for my kitchen renovation. From the start, the measurements were completely off, leading to a number of issues with the cabinets. The most glaring problem is the gap between the wall and the cabinets, which is unacceptable. I even requested a corner pull-out unit, but they told me there was "no space" for that, despite the wasted space near the washing machine that was clearly visible and avoidable. Before the installation, I clearly communicated that I had already purchased my washing machine and refrigerator, and I also emphasized that I needed a deeper sink for the kitchen. Unfortunately, they delivered the wrong sink, and the builders installed it without any consideration. Now, Howden is saying they can’ do nothing to fix it, leaving me stuck with the wrong sink. As for the cabinet gap, they told me I would need to buy additional panels to cover it, despite the fact that this is a direct result of their poor design and inaccurate measurements. After spending a significant amount of money, I feel completely taken advantage of. The fact that they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes is infuriating. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I’ve tried emailing them multiple times and calling, but I’ve either been ignored or told to come to the site and pay extra fees for something that should have been done correctly in the first place. Even after I personally went to the Howden store in Ilford and discussed the issues in person, the problems were never resolved. Overall, my experience with Howden has been a total waste of time and money. The cabinets don’t fit properly, they delivered the wrong products, and their customer service is appalling. I would not recommend Howden to anyone looking for a kitchen renovation. They’ve completely ruined my kitchen and left me with a frustrating, unresolved situation.

   Terrible customer service. Walked in and no one even acknowledged or said they would be with us soon. Given the complete lack of interest in serving even after being in the branch for several mins, walked straight out. Going by the other reviews which suggest similar lack of service/concern, especially post-sales, think we dodged a bullet.

   Terrible customer service, the manager lies and says anything to secure a sale she promised me a free tool bag that was equivalent to one that was advertised as free gift but was given a lunch box instead of tool bag and parts Are missing, my fitter had to make several adjustments to make the kitchen. Fit. True lack of Customer service, if I was to buy an another kitchen I will not buy from Howdens ever again I would say benchmarx kitchens has better quality kitchens.

   So much issues opening account. Order mixed up, was told order has arrived. Shortfall of item given. Called and explained, refused to accept responsibility and claimed they were right. Requested to check cctv, visited store after phone call, however item were not in stock. Was told store manager will call first thing on Monday. However no phone calls. Called on Monday, missing item was provided. No written response to email complaint to this date. Seems very poor treatment of customers, giving impression they are in charge, they are all knowing and always right. Only positives is good quality of goods but there are other sellers. Found out we were over charged for items. Recieved call from store manager who apologised for the mix up and poor customer service. Store manager asked to return to store for the refunds.

   We have had great customer service and Shahin has helped build our kitchen. Shahin has a wealth of knowledge and really enjoys what he does, very patient and always has great ideas. The team environment is also welcoming. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting a new kitchen and fantastic service hand in hand.

   I received absolutely fantastic customer service from the Ilford branch. Special thanks to James - who spent time answering my questions. I initially went to the Woodford Green branch and found the staff unhelpful, and hence can vouch for the marked contrast in service at Ilford. When I popped in again to return unused bits and bobs - a member of staff came out to the car park to assist after seeing me struggle with the packages - keep up the brilliant customer care Ilford branch!

   Best howdens in London. Wealth and lifetime of knowledge amongst the team. Legendary customer service by the likes of Prakash (manager) matches or beats any prices and has in depth knowledge of all products. If you need a price or advise he is the man to go to. And Bobby is by far the best kitchen designer in London works like magic has a brain like a computer, always amazing to watch the genius designing brain at work, Bobby will think of designs that will keep you smiling. Have spent hundreds of thousands here in the past by my self and through clients (I am a builder) and will carry on to do so. So if you want a all round service go to this branch.
