   Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen! Max and Heather were amazing from start to finish — incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and professional. As we were doing a full renovation, they also liaised with our builders (not an easy task!) and made sure any issues were resolved before the kitchen was fitted. Every element was carefully planned and thought through, and they were always quick to respond to any questions while keeping everything within our budget. Steve, Dan, and Luke, the kitchen fitters, were equally fantastic — hardworking, meticulous, and clearly proud of their work. The result is better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier. We were recommended BCK Interiors and would highly recommend them too!

   I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.

After knocking down a wall to create a kitchen-diner, BCK worked brilliantly alongside our builders to ensure everything went smoothly. Max was fantastic throughout the design process—he really listened to our vision, worked within our budget, and was always available to answer questions and resolve any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to getting it right made a huge difference. The fitting team—Steve, Dan, and Luke—were excellent. They took real pride in their work, were friendly, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Any small issues were discussed and dealt with quickly and carefully.    To be honest we only found BCK by accident after getting designs and quotes from the big impersonal companies. As soon as we looked round the BCK showroom we knew their style was exactly what we were looking for. Max could not have been more helpful and gave us as much time as we needed to get the design that we wanted.    From concept to completion the experience was superb. Max the designer was so helpful and gave lots of input to what we wanted. The fitters Steve and Dan were so personable and professional in everything that was done. All work was completed neatly and each day everything tidied and left safe.    The BCK team were really professional and gave a bespoke service for our kitchen design refurbishment. We would recommend this company to anyone! Max and Steve particularly were on the ball and very amicable. Max was the designer/planner who was very patient and thorough throughout - any question I had he got back to me as soon as he could. Steve was the fitter who just made it so easy and did everything to a very high level - he even made sure we had a working dishwasher as soon as he could, which was a godsend. They even noticed flaws on the cabinets that we didn't notice and ordered new ones to replace really quickly. Thank you guys for such a great job and we love our new kitchen!

   Really pleased we choose BCK for our kitchen , the service was amazing and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen, built to last and with a perfect consultant, design and sales service from Max. Max was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with us to ensure the kitchen design, layout and colour scheme was the right one (we had an idea of what we thought we wanted but looking back on our first thoughts verses the end product we now have the perfect kitchen thanks to Max). The kitchen is also really functional and having now used it for 2 months everything is in exactly the right place through Max’s attention to detail and experience. . We were kept up to date through the whole process, delivery of the kitchen exactly when promised (not easy when covid and global shipping issues etc) and very good after sales service.. We had a small issue with one of the Siemens products (not within BCK control) which was sorted right away by Siemens and they were equally amazing. Thanks again Max for all of your patience, hard work and the extra mile you went to make sure our kitchen was the perfect one for us.

   Absolutely delighted with BCK Interiors, from our initial meeting, all the way through to completion. Max was patient, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help. He would listen to our ideas, help find solutions or suggest improvements and have the flexibility to alter plans throughout the process. Steve and Dan fitted the kitchen and take great pride in their work. Any slight issues were addressed and their work is of a very high standard. Always good natured and meticulous with the fit. All communication was dealt with quickly and efficiently and Max would clearly explain our options and come up with ideas to fit our budget. What could have been a stressful experience, was in the end, smooth and rewarding. The whole process has ensured that we have ended up with the kitchen we hoped/dreamed of and we would not hesitate to recommend BCK.
