   I am not satisfied with their service because My builder bought Bosch electric hob from there 8/5/25. He bought this £340 he installed but after hob is not work properly, when cooking after few minutes it’s shut down and takes time to reheat again. And when start some times starts beeping. I called my builder he said can’t do anything but book the engineer and when engineer came he said builder fixed wrong wire so he fixed correctly but still same problem and builder again come home and remove this, after I took this to howden (barking Alfred way) to return they said we will try with Bosch but they took nearly one week now said we can’t do anything with that take it back and up to you you want throw it or keep it. My builder said they are best i believed even that price wise, same from Argos that was £230. But he said they are very good, their services very good this comes with guarantee or warranty but i spoiled my £340 for this. I used this one week, because builder said too it’s on factory setting so set up, now They said you used it so they can’t return but without using how do I know it’s work or not. That not fair with me. I advised to all who want to purchase electric things from Howdens please make sure it’s work properly and check in store otherwise they didn’t do any returns just do harassing.

   We’ve had lots of problems: missing shelf in unit, boiling water tap malfunctioning, drawer handle falling off, over ordered plinths returned with no refund. Despite several contacts, none of these problems have been resolved.

   Me and my wife won’t to look at some kitchen units for our new home. We were great by this amazing individual calls Sam. He was extremely professional and attentive to our queries. He guided us through process and spend a lot of time with us. He is a great listener and always had can do attitude. Sam is an asset to that branch. So next time you visit the braking branch ask, for this lovely young man and you won’t be disappointed.

   After working with Michael and Howdens team to get our dream kitchen, I can honestly say this was the best experience we had. Michael was patient and honest providing the best service for our kitchen needs. After having a very difficult experience previously with other branches this place exceeded our expectation. if you need a kitchen Barking Branch and Michael is the way to go.
