Had a cheque of them which was returned from the bank 16/2/23 have been trying to speak to Shannon which seems to always be busy, leave messages still no return calls, it is now 16/3/23 still getting same answer sorry she is busy we will get her to ring you back,mmmm still waiting, and no replacement cheque, are they skint

   Initially feeling nervous about the process, I received brilliant legal advice and support throughout. My claim handler, Nicholas Tunnicliffe, was extremely easy to contact, always making himself available to answer any questions or concerns and answered them with precise simplicity and reassurance. I found Nick extremely thorough, supportive, friendly and approachable throughout and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts to make the process as easy and as stress-free as it was. Having been an insurance paralegal in my previous career, I can say from experience that Nick is exceptional at what he does.    Here's what I found after 4 years of experience with Spencers solicitors. They lose interest once the going gets tough and they have to fight strongly on your behalf. No real progress will be made once your file has been moved to the 'too hard' pile. Contact via the phone becomes non-existent and email requests for an update are rarely responded too. Eventually the client is told that there are no reasonable prospects of success and left high and dry. Overstretched paralegals can then move on to the next, easier claim.

   I cannot see how this company can boast of great service. My injury compensation payment was £200 short despite emailing and calling the solicitor. She didn’t answer my first call, so I emailed her. I got no response so I called back, and let the phone ring. She eventually answered, and told me she was actually reading my email at that moment, and confirmed the shortfall calling it a “typo” and said she would make the adjustment. I checked my bank account and found the amount was still £200 short. Totally unacceptable.
