   Extremely disappointed with Howdens. For over two years I have been chasing them about a missing part and a faulty part — sending multiple emails with images as proof — yet the issue remains unresolved. The lack of accountability, response, and customer care is shocking for a company of this size. I have sent emails to main customer support BUT still same only promised. After this experience, I would strongly caution others before choosing Howdens.

   Forget the delivery problems and missing parts, on the end of the long process all I really needed was to change 300mm door for 400mm one . You would think it shouldn't be a problem as howdens can still sell the door to someone else and I have door I want . Guy has been arguing with me, telling me that I have installed the cabinet incorrectly, well yes I have installed it in a better way then the original design , so I can have more access to the corner of the cabinet in the small kitchen. It really shouldn't be a problem to exchange one door for another .Disappointing. Edit: On the end I have just paid for extra door and i am just happy i don't have to deal with Howdens Erith anymore. I couldn't care less what you guys will do internally, my experience with you is done and I won't be making a mistake of dealing with you again .

   I have given Howdens Erith 5 stars for exemplary customer service and the patience shown by Callum and Neil. I've had an awful experience with builders and Callum helped us to choose the correct sized hob and went out of the way to explain dimensions, size etc. Charlton and Croydon Howdens - you could learn a lot from these guys! Thank you so much Callum and Neil! Lovely staff all round!

   Not a good experience with Howdens Erith. When order was delivered to the house it was only half there with no forewarning or explanation at the time as to where the other parts were. It has then taken 2 weeks to get the remaining parts even though we were promised them a couple of days later. Even when we collected the remaining pieces there was still a draw front missing so couldn't finish the kitchen. Again no warning or notice from Howdens. So, lots of mucking about and still have not finished with no hint of any kind of compensation. Very disappointing and incredibly frustrating. Howdens feedback or compensation welcome.
