I was on my way to Hainault Country Park when I decided to pop into this showroom—armed with a spreadsheet full of Victoria Plumbing items and the intention to browse tiles. I’m SO glad I did. The team took the time to explain the difference in quality between Victoria Plumbing products and their own stock, which is primarily sourced from Italy and Germany. The contrast was clear. I ended up ditching my spreadsheet entirely and bought everything from them instead. I even used their in-house planning software to map out my bathroom layout—such a helpful bonus. Yes, the prices were slightly higher than Victoria Plumbing, but the difference in quality is night and day. It’s saved me a huge amount of stress. I say this as my sister—who bought everything online—is now dealing with fittings falling apart just three years later. Take my advice: skip the online gamble. Visit these guys in person. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and true specialists in what they do.

After seeing all the positive reviews online I decided to contact Kings & Queens for my kitchen and dining room upgrade seeing as they were located very close to where I live. We were not disappointed with the process and advice which Adnan and his team provided on units, flooring, worktop and lighting. He helped to make the process as smooth as possible when we continually refined the design. He was transparent from the start around the whole design process and payment structure. We are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen units and any minor issues were promptly resolved. I recommend using them for their services!
The service received from the Kings and Queens team was great. They really knew their stuff and helped us design and select products for our bathrooms that worked within our budget. They were always contactable and dealt with any questions/issues immediately. We also brought other things from them including our carpet and was really a one stop shop for our renovation. They were able to provide advice and instructions to our builders when needed and I would highly recommend Kings and Queens for all your renovation needs for all types of budgets. I came across Kings and Queens by chance, when I was dropping off a package. The owner was really friendly and gave me good advice for a project I was about to start. Throughout this project the whole team- and it’s a family affair- has been invaluable to me. Not only have they been able to provide me with materials I needed for parts of the job all of which an excellent quality, but more importantly to me, they have warmly welcomed my gazillion questions. They have a wealth of knowledge and have been happy to share this openly. I regularly go and visit to provide them updates and brainstorm ideas I’m considering. For anyone who is looking for a human and bespoke service would recommend Kings and Queens. You can’t go wrong!!

Very Unique and Compelling Value Proposition. I purchased my kitchen including appliances (supply & fit), bathroom furniture (supply), carpets (supply & fit), electrical fittings (supply) and tiles (supply & fit) from K&Q. The owners have used 40 years experience to build a formidable showroom and product lineup. I have never seen such a high quality array of kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and carpets under one roof. They have invested time visiting factories in Italy, Spain and the rest of Europe, in order to vet manufacturing processes in those factories and build relationships with would be suppliers. They take great care in only allowing items into their showroom that they would use in their own homes, it is a matter of professional pride for them. K&Q cater for all budgets. I did a great amount of research before procurement. What I found is that their items might appear to be the same price as high street chains, however the K&Q quality is much better. The high street stores do not sell the higher quality items because their overheads would make them uncompetitive. For example, I purchased an Italian kitchen for less than what Wren or Magnet were quoting. Another example, my carpets are better quality than the ‘top of the range’ in the famous carpet stores but the price I paid was ‘bottom of range high street store’. My advice is to pop in and see for yourself, the team are very welcoming. I spent many an hour there and learnt a great deal as well.
