   Very rude customer services and not a delivery company I would use again what a joke putting up false delivery status and when you ask them what does BK2 stands for they say we can’t tell you anything unless your the sender. I would never had such a bad experience from a delivery company and put up false information. Don’t use this delivery company they will lie and be rude over the telephone call . When you ask for head office number they will not give it to you and when you check company house there number for head office doesn’t even work .BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!!! Don’t trust this delivery company

   Today, June 29th at 1.17pm aTuffnells wagon drove into the Bridleways Bradford and proceeded to park right onto someone's drive without permission to do so. Problem is that these days they think they can do whatever they like. Totally unprofessional and very rude.

   Need their systems updating. I don't know one other company/courier that in 2021 cannot narrow down a delivery. At the very least morning or afternoon would be helpful, but with these guys it is literally a full day wasted waiting around. Tried to ring local depot (which is Dewsbury) on hold constantly. Shocking tracking ability, I dread it when I've bought something and turns out these guys are delivering. Drivers are usually pleasant enough hence 2 stars.

   Want to deal with a courier who likes to act like it’s 1970, then choose these guys. No tracking, no dispatch emails, no information on when to expect a delivery, not even narrowed down to the week to expect it, no information on where items are. They have lost a package. They say it’s not their problem and to call the company who you bought your product from as they are their customer not me. Nice

   BIG GREEN USELESS MACHINE, pay for before 12 delivery and after complaining it finally arrives at 3.00.To be left in porch as agreed after failure to deliver Said I would get a phone call to say its been delivered but just left in porch and no phone call, definitely the bottom of the barrel as far as logistics companies go.
