    James really looked after me on the chair front a few years ago and I remembered that when I was recently in the market for a new one. We chatted on the phone, he patiantly ran me through all the options, shares some links and then gave me a really generous price. Not only that he personally dropped it off as I live quite close to his HQ and bought the new chair in up stairs - Just a great guy who is old fashioned when it comes to customer services and delivers it like it should be - 5 stars, top man.
