   These are just some pics of my Nails that Ali has done for me this year, the Christmas ones done yesterday! She is Simply the Best Nail tech and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails! Her attention to detail is Perfect in her acrylics and her nail art! I have been going to this Salon since they opened in 2010 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I will Always most definitely Highly recommend them!!!

   I have been getting my nails done consistently for the past 4 years and I can safely say, this was the worst experience I have ever had! I will start by saying, the other members of the salon seemed lovely and much more attentive, but the same can’t be said for the young lady doing my nails. Quite frankly, it was abnormally painful, took a ridiculously long time (which I wouldn’t have minded had it if been because she was taking care) and I found my nail technician had extremely poor regard to my nail preferences and costumer care. At the start of my appointment it was agreed that my gels would be £25, by the end I had BIAB (not what I asked for) and was asked to pay £38. After bringing this up with the Man I originally spoke to, he agreed there was a misunderstanding and only asked me to pay £25, which I appreciated, however, I was appalled at how rough and rude the young lady doing my nails was with me for the remainder of my appointment. Sadly, I will not be going back because of this.

   This is what I asked for compared to what I got and they look nothing alike. I was quite disappointed as the french tip was very thick which I asked her to fix and make thinner multiple times as it was even thicker than this. I also felt that the nails weren’t filed down properly and were left looking very chunky. Also the silver line underneath the french tip was painted on extremely wonky and the actual french tip was painted on with no care and was very rushed. Whilst I was having my nails done, there were other customers also complaining about what they had done which was very concerning. I would not recommend this place at all as this was my first time going here and definitely will not be coming back.

   A very welcoming nail salon, had two men do my nails today first man was very nice and second man was also very nice did a brilliant job very thorough with it. Kept asking me if my nails were okay, corrected anything I asked to. Very polite. Thankyou

   Always very welcoming. Great opening times. Never have to wait too long for a seat. You can book appointments or walk in. I've had a lovely experience getting my acrylics done here over the last 4 years or so, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
