   I very rarely leave feedback however the team at Tannas has gone above and beyond to deliver the best customer journey I have ever experienced. We experienced some courier issues which were totally out of Tannas control but the team there very quickly took full control and ensured the issues were dealt with immediately. The product is was beyond expectation and my experience end to end has been extraordinary, if only every seller and their teams could have the same customer centric focus. I cannot recommend Tannas highly enough. Thank you Travis, Shivani and Tanya for your exceptional customer service and always being available by phone, email and chat, you have made my experience phenomenal and I won't shop elsewhere in the future you have secured a lifelong customer.

   This company is selling phones as new, but they are re-furbished. Same with monitors judging by other reviews on here. Hope they get absolutely nailed

   Bought through Amazon, although there was a slight delay, I was contacted promptly and kept informed and up to date with every step. Item was new unopened and arrived in perfect condition. I'm writing this specifically because most people only review when they have a bad experience, I must admit I got a little worried when I saw the reviews but my experience was excellent!

   Crooks. My son bought a gaming monitor. It came like new in the box but when we plugged it in it was faulty....lines across the screen. We tried multiple cables just in case. After lots of communication and difficulty Tannas arranged for it to be collected. After days they then send me a message with some photos of supposedly our screen without the lines. Basically in order to get money off us they said it wasn't faulty. They refunded me but took 20%. We are honest people and wanted the screen but it was faulty. Avoid using them they are disgusting rip off merchants.
