   Susan did an outstanding job serving our entire Christmas work meal this year. From start to finish, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly organized. What truly set her apart was how thoughtfully she accommodated everyone’s personal preferences — dietary needs, special requests, and last-minute changes were all handled with a smile and complete professionalism. The meal ran smoothly thanks to her hard work, and she helped make the evening feel festive and stress-free for all of us. We’re genuinely grateful for her excellent service and would be thrilled to have her with us again next year.

   We visited last night and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing — we had the Duck Spring Rolls and Smoked Salmon to start, the Steak Experience for our main, and shared a Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Californian Sauvignon red wine which paired perfectly with the meal. A special mention to Angelica, who looked after us all evening — she was friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic meal at The Bank in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely superb — one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, juicy, and tender — genuinely one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The tempura prawns were also amazing, beautifully crisp on the outside and light and fresh on the inside. Every dish looked and tasted outstanding, showing real care and quality from the kitchen team. The service was just as impressive. Our server was friendly, efficient, and made us feel welcome right away. Drinks arrived quickly, and the team checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was spot on. The restaurant itself is stylish, comfortable, and has a great buzz — perfect for a relaxed evening out or a special occasion. The setting by the canal adds to the atmosphere, especially in the evening when the lights reflect off the water. Overall, The Bank is a real gem in Birmingham. Fantastic food, great service, and excellent value for the quality you get. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

   I had avoided dining here for years due to negative reviews and others’ experiences, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. My dinner here was thoroughly enjoyable. The food quality was exceptional, and the service was attentive and efficient, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. The atmosphere was sophisticated and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening. I would definitely go back.

   What a great experience! I was a little uncertain given the odd review mentioning service problems with smaller groups. We were a table of 4 . My fears were quickly dispelled by a really good and well organised front of house team. We particularly liked Victoria’s attentive and charismatic charm throughout the evening. This was our first visit to Bank and we’re delighted with the menu. Really good starters in fact they were exceptional. Fish was tasty and beautifully cooked. We all enjoyed the cocktails and the setting over the canal was lovely. Personally I do think the meals are good value give the quality of the produce the presentation and location. We will have to return if we are in the area again but will have to try the other restaurants within the chain when possible. Thanks to the team for lovely evening. Well done Victoria and thanks for the truffles!

   A lovely place, amazing staff and brilliant food. Food portions in places which are a bit pricey can tend to get a lot smaller, the portions were very good. I came for my graduation dinner and they greeted me with a free drink(very nice) and a dessert(also lovely). I would happily go back here and recommend it to anyone. Not a bad thing to say about it

   I came here for my 24th Birthday and I can safely say that it did not disappoint. We had the set menu which was absolutely phenomenal in both quality, taste and value. The service that we received was exceptional, we were really impressed with all of the staff. My only criticism is that we could smell the toilets from the bar area which we were seated in whilst waiting for our table. Other than this it was a 5 star visit, will definitely be returning.
