   I recently used this airport transfer service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Booking the service was super easy, and the confirmation details were clear. The driver arrived right on time, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. My flight was delayed, but the driver stayed in constant contact and kept me updated the whole time. Pickup was smooth despite the delay, and the transfer was comfortable and stress-free. Really appreciated the professionalism and communication. Highly recommend!

   We booked a taxi in advance for an early morning airport run, but it never turned up. After waiting and trying to make contact with no answer, we eventually had to drive ourselves luckily we managed to fit everything to avoid missing our flight. An hour later, we received a call with an apology and an explanation that the driver had slept in. While the apology was appreciated, it was far too late and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Very disappointed with the reliability and won’t be using this service again.

   We usually use Adwick Private Hire for airport trips and are always delighted with the service we receive, especially last September when we were unable to use Adwick as they were away when we were departing, and on our return our flight was delayed for 24 hours, and despite initially offering to help, the taxi driver we had booked didn't answer phone calls or texts, leaving us in Lanzarote, worrying how we would get back from LBA. One phone call to Rachel at Adwick hire and she arranged everything. Last week we decided to go to the Hub restaurant, and didn't want to drive, so arranged for Adwick Hire to take us. The service whick Rickie provided was exceptional, and as with the airport transfers the text message confirmations are reassuring as someone who likes to check and recheck arrangements

   Excellent fast service in a very nice clean car. On another note, I would like to thank the driver Rickey, unfortunately I left my phone in the back of the car. He found it and left it in their office for myself to pick up. Thank you very much for something which doesn't happen to often nowadays unfortunately.
