Only given 1 star so I can comment. SHOCKING SERVICE. Organized to be picked up- A regular customer & he didn't bother picking me up.. didn't answer the phone. The guys a joke. DO NOT BOOK. GUYS A FRAUD!!!
Do not use. He was ment to pick us up at 8 and we rang at 8.10 to see where he was to find out he's doing an airport run instead and said he can't pick us up avoid if you need to be somewhere will let you down for bigger fare. After we had booked days in advance
Taxi did not turn up. Andy said his brother had took the booking so it had nothing to do with him. No taxi, missed train, late to airport. Do not trust this firm. No excuses.
Top lad and fair. Picked me up within 10 mins of calling on a Saturday night while on a football night. Took me 26 miles on a more than fair price. Whilst having friendly and welcoming chit chat. Then offered to help if I was stuck getting back home. Now become my main go to taxi

Couldn't find a taxi early morning to drive me to hospital for surgery. Andy rang me back and offered to take me. Turned up at 4.15am when he said he would. And even offered to wait when no one in receptions to answer door. He knew after surgery i would struggle on way back. Braved the parkway and Glossip round about in rush hour And picked me up again. 50 mile round journey for him. Absolutely Diamond.. 5 STARS NOT ENOUGH to rate him. Went above and beyond for a stranger in need. ONE TRUE GENT INDEED.
