   I have just changed my job and now working form home at points in the week therefore needed a really good chair to support my back which has been hurting a lot since the change. Charlotte was an absolute professional who was warm and friendly. She was patient as I tried lots of different chairs and pointed me in the direction of ones that would suit my taste, needs and budget. The whole team were lovely. It felt like popping in to see friends. I highly recommend Harlow's City Used and recycled office furniture. There were so many things on offer that would suit homes, schools, settings, offices, there was something for everyone and lots on offer. Thank you for helping me to find the right chair. I am pleased to report that my back is very happy now xx

   Chair came in great condition and customer service was excellent. However, it came coated in dust and grime on the inside. I have a severe dust allergy and even after some intense cleaning it's still triggering my allergies.

   Excellent, friendly & knowledgeable service from Rebecca at the Harlow Showroom today. From the first contact by phone early on a Monday morning, Rebecca's cheery and lively disposition made the whole experience a positive one. When we got to the showroom she and her colleague Holly were even more impressive as a team, within minutes they had found the model of chair we we were looking for, the price was agreed and the deal was done.    Just bought a sit stand desk and steelcase mesh chair from these guys. Their communication was first rate, updating me as to stock, then booking in delivery. The price included delivery even to the darkest depths of norfolk, which frankly is amazing. The delivery driver was super helpful, checking the day before about delivery time then ringing me 30 mins before delivery. The price was amazing for what I got, and I really couldn’t be happier. The quality of the desk and chair are like new, but for a fraction of the price. I’m a home office user but these guys would be super for home or office use. Totally recommend!
