Blood tests - If you are thinking of getting your blood tests from this place, please do not waste your time, money and energy at this center. There are extremely disorganised and have very poor communication. I had my blood drawn in the morning and got a call in afternoon to come back again as one the the vials had coagulated?! How does that even happen! I had to go a second time in the afternoon to drawn more blood. Then to add insult to injury, they had not done the right analysis on the blood sample requested by the consultant and had charged me twice for the blood tests (over £650) even though I was specifically told by the reception that I should not be charge the second time as it was the clinic's fault! In the end I went to another center to get my blood analysis and are disputing the charges at this clinic but based on their organisation I am afraid this will be a long battle...

This is probably one of the best medical centers I’ve ever been to globally. Staff are efficient and always have a smile whilst they make sure that you are being looked after and more importantly that you are in the right place. There are multiple waiting rooms depending on where you needed to be and you will be guided to where you need to be so you are never lost. There are all the comfort facilities you require, and even make sure the temperature is correct as I’ve been here during winter and now into spring with both the heater and aircon on. They provide WiFi for guests and allow people to work on their laptops if required.

I am disappointed with the service at your clinic. It took over two months to receive my blood results after multiple calls and emails. I was incorrectly charged £180 for a procedure that did not occur. Despite assurances of a corrected invoice, it took over two months for the invoice to be amended. The delay in providing results was frustrating, especially after paying for premium service. I feel let down as I sent a complaint email but received no response.

I've been visiting Harley Street Clinic multiple times over the last 2 years. There are several issues that I've encountered: - One of the doctors was completely unprofessional during a procedure, which left me in constant pain for the next month. I have had this procedure before and experienced pain for less than a few days in the past. Additionally, no instructions were provided for aftercare. I reported this doctor, but no feedback has been given on whether any actions were taken. A new doctor was assigned for a follow-up appointment, and everything was fine with the new doctor. - In total, I have visited five doctors at the Harley Street Clinic in the past two years across different specialties. On average, I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment every time, except when I booked "lunch time" appointments on weekdays. Today, I came for a renewal of my prescription and was informed that the waiting time was above 45 minutes - which is a time I usually waited without warnings so I expect to sit here for 1.5 hours at least. This is completely inappropriate for expensive private healthcare. This recurring issue indicates that the clinic's administration schedules appointments too closely together to maximise profit rather than ensure quality consultations. Furthermore, the majority of my consultations felt rushed, often ending abruptly without giving me time or a comfortable space to clarify the details of my treatment or concerns. Positive aspects: - When I reported the unprofessional doctor, my new doctor actually put in effort and ensured my treatment and analyses went as planned. - The waiting areas are comfortable and spacious. - The nurses I've encountered were friendly and professional. - The administrative personnel are helpful and professional.

13th Dec 2022 - It's a disorganised welcome at 16 Devonshire Street. Check-in had 2 open desks, slow IT systems meant that patients were starting to gather in the reception area. There was no clear queueing system. I ended up going to the 17-18 Devonshire Entrance and managed to check-in there. I was ushered around by different staff members 2-3 times and finally a staff member managed to sit me in front of the correct consultation room in time for my appointment. My consultation was with Mr M. Ahmed and his accompanying nurse - fantastic experience, and made up for the admin issues at the beginning of my visit.

Absolutely horrendous service - in particular from the radiology team - completely unresponsive to emails from patients or referral GPs. Expectations were significantly higher for a private clinic but their service has been abysmal. The admin staff in the radiology team are particularly useless. Would not recommend wasting funds in opting for scans at this practice.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients. exploitative and money-focused. My 77 year old mother saw an ENT professor after suffering from pain in her ear. He carried out a simple test without telling us that it will incur an additional fee of £380 on top of his already extortionate £250 fees!! and DIDN'T even diagnose her!! he told her, I don't know what is wrong, let's do an MRI so the clinic would charge her another £1000. Absolutely disgusted, they only care about money and that's all trying to extort money from a 77 year old, how dare you?? She paid £450 and is being threatened that they will pass her file to debt collectors, imagine. I will NOT stay quiet and will make sure you never treat anyone this way again. I am now taking legal action against this scam clinic, which has zero regard to the wellbeing of its patients. AVOID!

I was Dr Ramia Mokbel's patient 2 years ago, and when she saw the state of my skin and marvelled at the fact that she had never seen such severe skin before and I don't think I was given a respect. After prescribing the medication my skin became worse and sought her advice, she said it was normal but left my condition alone and just asked her assistant to contact me. The pain of my condition got worse and worse, they had no caring heart, they prescribed the medication and stopped asking questions, the skin report was delayed for a long time before being sent to me and I never heard from them again afterwards, but they were very aggressive in pushing for money. The medication prescribed was steroid medication which made my skin worse. I do not consider her to be a responsible doctor. My skin has now been treated by another doctor, but every time I think about it, I feel that she doesn't deserve to be a doctor when people who see her are not being treated but keep asking for exorbitant fees, so I feel I must speak out to let everyone know.

MRI appointment I have just left the Harley St Clonic 16 Devonshire St W1 after my MRI and I wanted to share my fabulous experience . Today was the second attempt at having an MRI - the first at a different hospital which was a disaster , I was anxious about the scan as it was but the whole experience was not good . It culminated in me panicking and not having the scan . Today I had the complete opposite experience . I was able to reduce my anxiety because the radiologist and nurse gave such amazingly kind and considered support . Nothing was rushed , I was able to try the scanner before the cannula was put in and this made the mri completely possible . I didn’t get the nurse and radiologist names but I will be forever grateful thank you
