Obviously care nothing for their public image. Following a dangerous incident on the A1 when one of their lorries tailgated us , they promised to investigate and, if necessary take action against the driver and then update me . That was two months ago - in spite of several emails, they still haven't responded.
They promise a 48 hr delivery 9 am to Aberdeen and it was delivered at 8.30 am can.t get better
