   We parked in the car park today only to come back and find that my battery had died. I found a member of staff, Stephen Bramall, and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he got some jump leads and got us back on the road. I can’t thank him enough and we didn’t get charged any extra for the time that this took to sort. Thanks again, highly recommend.

   Preferred parking for hospital. 2- 5 min walk to Sheffield Hallam hospital. Uphill walk. Not too far. Will use again. Plenty of parking even at busy times but it could fill up if super busy.

   Unfortunately the car park does not make it easy to find your own car! Needed human help here, thanks Stephen B! The problem is the naming of the floors. I was on"Minus 2" who'd have thunk it! All that needs to be done is it alphabetise the floors then its not confusing! Colours or other visual clues would help!

   I used the car park yesterday evening Monday 17th while taking my child to thr childrens a&e. When returning to the car park I used the payment machine correctly but the ticket became stuck and wouldn't eject. I used the assistance button and was greeted by possibly the rudest man I have ever encountered. I was completely unable to hear him through the machines speaker and had to ask him to repeat himself. He became increasingly aggressive in tone and made a very stressful evening even worse. Thanks for that

   I found that our Durham Road Q-Park season ticket card went missing the other day. Mark Wilkinson and the Q-Park season ticket team were superb in assisting promptly and effectively. Really grade A customer service. A nice clean orderly car park too. Friendly and respectful staff in the assistance cabin on level -1. What more could you want from a car park?

   In an area where parking is hard to come by and when you do it's either restricted by time or expensive, then this ain't a bad option. Ok, so it's not the cheapest in the city but it's well located and ain't bad on price, plus you can tap your bank card on the way in and out for convenience. Plus it's got a shoe buffer in the pay area so you can play at being posh.

   We had an appointment at the children's hospital for our sick child and parked in the Q-park for 40 minutes. After returning to pay, we realised we had lost the ticket. There was no one on the desk to help, so we had to use the assistance button at the exit. The woman who answered was the most unhelpful person we've ever spoken to. They wanted to charge us the full 24 hour price to leave as 'that's their policy'. I looked around and couldn't find the ticket, so we had no choice but to pay £18 for 40 minutes. Absolutely appalling. Robbing c****! Please don't park here and go somewhere else.
