Nice big and modern car park, a bit more space than you get in the older NCP car parks. About 5mins walk into the centre from here.

Was travelling from Manchester to Ponds Forge and booked the Q-park castle gate in advance. Was easy to navigate to and easy to access / leave using number plate recognition. Was safe and secure and ideally located.
Would have been 5 stars easily as easy online booking, very clean pretty surroundings but... I didn't know how to get back in the building-no card ticket or code and... exits for cars only marked on one side si if you turn the opposite way because of ie awkward parking of your neighbouring car you dont know where car exit is
This is a very clean, secure and easy car park to use. Recommend booking in advance (to get discounts) and book longer than you think you need to make it easier on exit. Entry is via ANPR and compared to other car parks it is very well lit and the spaces are decent sizes. Not worth going anywhere else - really good facility.
Always find that people driving in can't be bothered indicating or looking even though I was wearing a bright pink top.

We used this carpark for 24hr parking while we went to the Sheffield Utd match . The next day we paid and left for Sunderland . Half way down the A1 realised I left my jacket on the ticket machine . Phoned up and they were very helpful and said they could send it up to Sunderland by post . Two days later they rang me again and said they were posting it and that they wouldn't charge a postage fee . Thanks Very much for all your help would definitely recommend this place to park in Sheffield thanks again . James .
My favourite Sheffield car park so far, this is modern, spacious, clean, open 24 hours and in a good location. EV charging on first floor, 22kw although only two ports so I'm sure will be insufficient soon but today at 7:30am there was one available, which I used.
What is not to like about Escobar's favourite car park chain. Roller shutters keeping it nice and secure help me to relax about my security (although I do tell my security team never to switch off completely of course). Inside is clean and well lit with lots of spaces for my motorcade. Getting back in on foot needs the ticket or your card which again is nice and secure. Prices? Okay they are advertised on the website so no complaints and there is usually some discount to be had for ex forces and the like, or a cashback scheme or even frequent flyers etc. Everything worked perfectly and the location is excellent for Sheffield City centre or Ponds Forge International swimming pool.
