Delivered my baby boy here and won’t ever forget what a horrible time the hospital put me through. I was admitted to be induced as my baby stopped moving. I was induced and dilated a day later. The doctor on duty told me I was dilated enough to be taken to the labor ward. Instead I was left in pain for the next 48hours with no monitoring of my baby who wasn’t moving enough. On the whole as I was being told I was the next to be taken to the labor ward for the passed 2 days when questioned the midwife said to me that they were understaffed and I had to bring my own midwife if I wanted to deliver. All this whilst my baby wasn’t moving or being monitored. What was even worse is this manager said to me the doctors don’t have a clue of what they were doing and that I shouldn’t be listening to them. They refused to check me even though I felt the urge to push. When my husband requested a few times they agreed to check and then rushed me to the labor ward as I was fully dilated. All this without any pain relief. The midwife’s are rude and clearly don’t give a shit about the baby or mama! The labor ward wasn’t bad and the midwife’s there were much better, hence why the 1 star.

I had the utmost best experience at Hillingdon Hospital, I can’t fault them enough. I was admitted into AMU and the doctors, nurses and the HCAs were beyond helpful and lovely. They made my stay so pleasant and eased any anxiety that I may have had. I have been discharged today but will always keep in high regards how beautifully I was treated, the cleaning staff and porters were so lovely too, engaging with me and I felt so comfortable as if I was at home

Having had stressful experiences in Hillingdon A&E in previous years we were not expecting what happened when an elderly family member became ill. From first GP appointment to operation - 5 weeks! The service and speed was exceptional. Every single staff member at Hillingdon hospital on this journey with us has been utterly awesome in every way possible. Even when our family member arrived at Jersey ward (post op ward) nothing lessened at all. High class, wonderful care. All areas spotless. Initially I was dreading that Hillingdon were undertaking this huge diagnosis and life saving op. Boy did they scrub up well! Never in a million years did I ever even allow myself to hope I’d be able to write such a positive review like this on Hillingdon hospital, but here we are. Special gratitude to Mr Myers and his team, the Colorectal nurses, staff in Endoscopy and Day Ward plus the wonderful matron and staff on Jersey ward. Thank you so much everyone, what a difference you made!!

Attended for a medical appointment. All went well. Had a look around. St Luke's Chapel, named after the physician writer of the Gospel is a place of peace and calm.

Had to visit for our 1 year old daughter and we only left after being seen 5-6 hours later. Being checked in at reception and seen by a doctor initially took place within 20-30 minutes so wasn’t too bad but it was after this when we were sent to paediatric a&e that we waited what felt like forever just for someone to see our baby. It seems everyone there with their children were in the same boat. I am also pregnant so waiting for this long was not ideal. It’s terrible to see babies/toddlers having to wait so long to be seen when they feel so unwell. Naturally almost every child there became cranky and was crying to go home due to waiting so long. Our baby had reached her bedtime by the time we were seen so naturally she was crying a lot because any observation then woke her up. If this was for an adult it is still poor in terms of waiting times but a child cannot understand why they have to wait so long - one child kept asking her mum why is it taking so long and as parents there really is no explanation we can give to help them understand. I never expected to wait as long as we did for our baby. When we did get seen the doctor and nurses were friendly. The waiting area was so hot with no A/C on so this added to kids getting very cranky and probably feeling worse than when they came in - we as her parents left feeling unwell from being there for so long. There is no ventilation and you’re all placed in one small room for hours. I have given the extra star just for the friendly staff. If there was a separate category to rate staff separately then I would give much higher.

Absolutely joke. I’d give 0 if I can. Has to be the WORST hospital Ive ever been in. Waiting times are 6-10 hours or even more depending on your injury. The staff are clearly overworked (But the staff have not been rude and always answer questions to the best of their ability). I was told only 2 doctors were available and 1 was taking a break but I could see that around 60 people were waiting and more waiting in a second waiting area. Severely underfunded hospital that needs more attention.

I’d give 0 if i could. Kennedy ward. I get the nurses are stressed out. But you’re dealing with someones life here. My dad is 70 years old, he weighs 45kg and cannot eat or drink anything. Can someone tell me why this man was discharged WRONGFULLY when he could BARELY walk. Barely stand. Passed out in my car on the way home? But they discharged him on the basis he was able to drink water for 3 hours and opened his bowels, and so was deemed “medically fit” for discharge? Please do not send your elderly loved ones here. They’re sent there to simply die. If anything happens to my dad for wrongfully discharging him constantly, I will 100% be filing a strong medical negligence lawsuit. Disgusting level of care, treatment and diagnosis.

Urgent treatment center desperately needs more staff. I tripped while laying flooring and cut the top of my knuckle off. My only worry was the small vein I severed on top of my finger. After an hour and a half of consistent pressure on the wound the vein closed. Anytime I bend the finger it opens again. Ended up leaving a&e and decided to go get butterfly stitches and sealed the wound myself and splinted the finger to prevent it bending. Will see how it goes in a week or two. This wound needed stitches but a 7 hour wait to be seen is ridiculous with a deep cut. In the time I was there not one single person got called by staff. People had been there all day and still not been called. Desperately need more staff.

Was brought in by an Ambulance bleeding from a serious head injury and was told to wait in the waiting room as "I wasn’t unconscious and there were no beds".. I could barely stand let alone walk I had a serious concussion and open wounds on my head. I was then seen by a nurse who took my blood and left my wounds as they were didn’t even clean up the blood. After about 2 hours of me nearly passing my out I was called into a room and interviewed by a doctor. Yes INTERVIEWED as if I didn’t have a possibly life threatening head injury. I could barely talk and had to remind the doctor my wounds still have not be taken care of where he replied I’ll get a nurse for you. Another 2 hours of waiting they found me passed put in the waiting room and tried to wake me as if i was taking a nap. When they realised i was delirious they called for a wheelchair and wheeled me to get my wounds taken care off. A clearly under qualified nurse just wiped my dried blood and put glue on top, no stitches, nothing, didn’t even try to reduce the size of the scar by holding the scar together just put glue on top of the wound. After a long awaited CT scan I was told no internal bleed Thank god because if there had been with their negligence I would be dead. I am now left with a gaping scar double the size it should’ve been if treated correctly. Stay away from this hospital if you can and If emergency services take you here make sure you have someone with you that will put pressure on these under qualified negligent staff.
