Having this insurance is almost like having no insurance. I opened a fire damage claim for my home insurance almost 6 months ago and I still have had no progress. I have provided all the documents as requested, from reciepts to photos of the damage but yet still no progress. I hardly get any replies and always giving me fake promises. Why am I paying you? You have caused me a huge amount of stress and it took me hours that I will never get back to submit all those documents you say you need to process my claim. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
