I had a consultation with Mr Nick Hamilton for a throat issue. He specialises in throat issues and understood immediately what had been happening to my throat whereas other consultants had not. He was reassuring, a great listener and was very polite. I did not feel rushed and managed to talk about everything that was bothering me. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Nick Hamilton. Also to note, the staff were fantastic, accommodating and friendly.

Great care from end to end whilst there for spinal surgery lead by the excellent Mr Grahovac. All staff at The London Clinic showed great care and compassion during my stay and treatment, always keeping me informed and part of all decision making. They made a stressful occasion the best it could possibly be, I am very grateful to them for that. If not for knowing that I was in a hospital you could be excused for thinking you were in a good hotel. Excellent food and a great choice. I'm at home now recovering but still have contact from nursing staff and consultant who are very promptly answering any questions I have.

Pre-Assessment (20/11/25) My pre-assessment took place on 20/11/25, and the nurse who looked after me was Nurse Bry. He asked me about my medical and surgical history and gave me leaflets explaining what would happen during and after the surgery. Nurse Bry was professional, detailed, and very reassuring. After the appointment, I felt happy, calm, and confident about my upcoming procedure. The entire pre-assessment team was very accommodating the sisters and manager Jessica. All of the staff were wearing beautiful smiles, were professional, and were willing to help and assist patients. Their welcoming attitude made the experience even more comfortable. Surgery Day (27/11/25) Lobby / Main Reception Upon entering the London clinic on the day of my surgery, I went directly to the main reception and informed the staff that I was there for an operation. They asked for my name and appointment time, then told me to wait. Shortly after, someone accompanied me to the Day Surgery Ward and to my room. Day Surgery Ward Before the Surgery The nurse who looked after me in the ward was Nurse Patricia & Nurse Angelica. She addressed me by my first name, which made me feel at ease. She began with an assessmentβreviewing my history, measuring my height and weight, and checking my vital signs. She then provided me with a gown, stockings, and socks, and advised me to settle into my room while she monitored the schedule. Before taking me to theatre, Nurse Patricia and nurse Angelica checked on me again to ensure I was okay, wished me all the best, reviewed the checklist, and personally accompanied me to the theatre. Her care was warm, reassuring, and very professional. And I saw the manager Nilam she was so very kind and wished me all the best. After the Surgery When I returned to my room, Nurse Patricia and nurse Angelica checked on me and asked how I was feeling. She offered me water and asked if I was ready for food. For the first two hours, the HCA checked my vital signs every 30 minutes. Their attentiveness made me feel safe and well cared for. Theatre In the theatre, the staff checked my name, date of birth, and consent signature. They addressed me by my first name throughout, which helped me feel comfortable and reassured before the procedure. For the kitchen staff Ms. Ana thankyou for telling me which food was the best of the best, itβs like a food from a 5 star restaurant. To my Surgeon Prof Hesham Saleh & Anesthesiologist Dr. Patrick Doyle you both deserve a commendable award kudos and thank you! Overall Experience I was very happy and satisfied with the care I received. Nurse Bry, Nurse Patricia & Nurse Angelica were exceptionalβprofessional, kind, and truly commendable. The HCA also did a great job, and I appreciated their dedication. Overall, everyone involved in my care did an excellent job, and I am very grateful.

I had a wonderful experience at The London Clinic. The staff right from the consultants to nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring throughout my stay. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made me feel completely at ease. Every member of staff I met was kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Their empathy and gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier to handle. Thanks to the entire team!

If it wasnβt for the surgery, I could have been on a leisure break in the centre of London! All staff, medical and hospitality, were friendly and professionally efficient. Made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I have been staying at the London Clinic for the past 4 weeks and have to give 5*s to Chef Paul and his team. They really go over and beyond for patients, and have helped me so much in my recovery. They cater for different food requirements, and alter the menu depending on your treatment eg. Mucositis after chemotherapy, or a dairy intolerance. The team really care for patients like their own family, and it does not feel like hospital food, with so many different options that are nutritious!

Excellent from start to finish, on all matters! I had a surgery at this hospital and spent 2 nights on the 5th floor ward - the service was impeccable and the doctors and nurses were fantastic, attentive, caring, trustworthy! They explained everything to me, at every step of the journey, listened to my preferences as well. Special mention to nurses Martina, Charity, Lucia, Sara, Michael, Dennis and Cherize who got me through the first night after the operation (the hardest night) and took care of me in the most professional, kind and reassuring way! The food was amazing too, diverse menu and tasty options (the lobster bisque was excellent)! The staff and facilities at The London Clinic made my whole experience smooth - the pharmacist and physiotherapist were also on the ward and the nurses were the best I could ever wish for! I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital! (everything was covered by my insurance and admin was sorted out quickly)

Easily the worst clinic I have had to deal with. Their admin is absolutely terrible and for a hospital thatβs on the high side, this should not be the case. My family member had a procedure done at this clinic and the process has been so tedious from the start to finish. To start off with, they have poor communication between their departments. My dad missed his pre-op call twice because they couldnβt get his contact number right. Additionally, because of their poor communication between each other, there has not been transparency with the financial side of things. We were told that we had been overcharged for a procedure and a refund would take place if they did not use the required materials. Fast forward after surgery, despite materials not being used, they are beating around the bush with regards to justifying the amount that was paid in. I also had an issue with the pharmacy where we paid for medication, they told me to come back and collect it afterwards but by the time the medication was ready, my dad had been taken off the prescription. After I told them this, they said they will credit the amount to the file on record and I can request a refund. Now, a week later, they claim that the amount on my account is Β£0 and acting completely confused. If you are using this hospital, and not paying through insurance, make sure you ask for every amount to be accounted for and stay on it with chasing them up. The financial side aside, I will most definitely say I have had a better experience at private wards at government hospitals. Even down to the experience with staff. It feels more like a corporate body as opposed to a hospital thatβs there to care for patients. Incredibly fast paced to ensure higher profit marginsβ¦If you have an alternative to the London Clinic, you should take that up.

I had a bad experience overall. Not a 1 star. But below average so I think 2 is fair, as I met some nice nurses and health care staff. My issue is with management mainly and not the staff. I had knee keyhole surgery. Reasons: - No email communication before or after appointments AND (honestly) surgery - I didnβt see the surgeon after surgery. So I didnβt know why they found with my keyhole surgery and what they did. - I didnβt know what to do post operation. A nurse spoke to be informally about what I might be able to do while I was just out of surgery (quite high on opioids and sleepy from the anaesthetic) - There seems to be such a communication divide between all of the departments. - I strongly recommend investing in a good IT automated system. For the benefit of staff and patients. This should be a standard these days. Ps. I do hope I havenβt damaged my knee post surgery. Thank God for YouTube and Google - my post operation care.
