Been planning to come here for a while and was told by a friend that they've fixed their ice cream machine and their milkshakes are the best. Great shakes and service was good too.
came here to order some waffles and a milkshake the man taking our order was fine, he left then the guy making it at the back took ages making two waffles then proceeded to give us basically zero to none ice cream with out of date dough making the waffles taste funny. used to be a good desert shop but i’ve left extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. avoid at all costs
Fraudulent business. Advised to order via their website not just eat as we wanted a create your own shake. Money left the account and we got an order ID. No order delivered. After calling store we were told we need to do a chargeback as someone has run a fraudulent website of their business and that they are trying to close it down. They refused to refund or deliver the order. Never again. Will report to the police. Very very shady business. Will also report to VISA via our bank as this is a breach of their network. If you value your privacy - don’t order here. They will skim your card.
Very bad service avoid at all costs!!!! Owners need to put some management in place, called to place an order the staff was insulting and very rude, first spoke with a guy to place my order while he was taking my order he was being very rude on top of that they had no ice cream left to make my milkshake very bad service which desert shop doesn't have ice cream. They also don't sell crepes after that i called back to cancel my order and this time a female answered she was very rude and just hung up the phone
The cookie dough was smaller than expected. The waffle sticks were really fluffy and tasty.
Of all the shakehouse stores in Birmingham; this particular store stands out for me. Cleanliness, staff politeness, and brilliant quality desserts made with love and affection as opposed to doing it as a job. Beautiful Christmas decor and very clean store inside.
Amazing staff and very high quality deserts. The team at shake house have always been very considerate when I come with my kids and always given a 100% commitment. The Oreo milkshake is amazing. Keep up the brilliant work
Great dessert shop we had a treat for kids as they been good at school . We had a milkshake some waffle sticks and a cookie dough and a sprinkle cake and custard . Was all really tasty and give a great sugar rush . Would highly recommend this dessert shop and will be returning soon . Prices not too bad but get what you pay for . It's a fairly new store and looks nice inside aswell
