   I had a consultation here recently and left feeling really disappointed. I’d come well prepared, with detailed MRI scans and a clear history of my condition, but the appointment felt rushed and quite superficial. I was hoping for a thoughtful discussion and some clear guidance, but instead, I left with no new insights or real next steps. Even though the clinic says the session lasted over 20 minutes, it felt much shorter and not very attentive. For the fee charged, I genuinely expected a higher level of care and engagement.

   Choosing Cleveland Clinic London for my endometriosis surgery was one of the most transformative decisions of my life. I arrived exhausted, scared, and carrying years of pain — and I left feeling safe, understood, and finally free. My surgeon, Dr Mohamed Mabrouk, is truly extraordinary. He is one of those rare doctors who combine world-class surgical skill with genuine compassion. What he achieved in the operating room still amazes me. Although I was originally diagnosed with milder endometriosis, once the surgery began it turned out to be stage 4 — something that often can only be discovered during laparoscopy, because deep infiltrating lesions simply cannot be seen on scans. This can happen “out of the blue,” and it did in my case. Yet even with this unexpected complexity, Dr Mabrouk removed every single trace of disease with exceptional precision: • My ovarian reserve was fully preserved. • None of my organs were damaged. • Not even a single blood vessel was touched. This level of surgical accuracy is incredibly rare for stage 4 cases. Many women lose organs or face complications, but he protected every part of my body. His steadiness, confidence, and expertise are on a completely different level. But beyond his skill, what touched me most was his kindness. He explained everything patiently, made me feel safe, and even called me personally after the surgery — including on weekends — just to check on me. He is a doctor with a huge heart. My anesthesiologist, Jeremy R. Prout, was equally exceptional — calm, reassuring, and so professional that I felt safe even in the most vulnerable moment before going under. The nursing team was unbelievable. They checked on me day and night, looked after my pain management, took tests, reassured me constantly, and treated me with so much warmth. They didn’t just do their job — they cared. After discharge, the nurses continued to support me over the phone, checking on my recovery and symptoms. They even provided me with all the medication I needed to take home, which made everything easier and much less stressful. The hospital itself felt peaceful, clean, luxurious — beautiful private rooms, delicious food available at any time, and a calm atmosphere that truly helps recovery. Now, one month after my complex robotic surgery, I can say something I never thought I would again: my physical and mental health is finally restored. I have no pain. I feel light and calm. My body feels healthy for the first time in years. My mind feels peaceful. Cleveland Clinic London, Dr Mohamed Mabrouk didn’t just treat my illness, he gave me my life back. I recommend him and the team and clinic with my whole heart.

   This review applies to the service received at this location as well as the Portland Place & Moorgate Outpatient locations. I have received nothing but exceptional service from truly every team member I’ve interacted with at every visit. Front desk staff are helpful, kind, and friendly. Nurses are nurturing, positive, and professional. Pharmacists are absolutely brilliant and dedicated. And of course the Medical Doctors are fantastic. Everyone seems to take an ownership mindset and puts patient care as their top priority. I always feel like they put so much thought into every experience and never make you feel like just a number or burden. If you have a chance to use the Cleveland Clinic’s services, do not pass up the opportunity!

   I’m actually not one to write reviews However I felt obliged to help other people who are looking for shoulder surgeon after seeing three other surgeons I finally found Dr Philip Ahrons. Not only is he so pleasurable to be around his secretary Elizabeth is also so wonderful to speak to you and puts you at ease. There is no arrogance involved and everything was explained perfectly. Two days ago I had my operation at this incredible hospital with the most caring staff I just want to say a huge thank you to two nurses Bodlarka Bod and Francisco Villamor For looking after me and make me feel very comfortable. Everything was perfect and my recovery is Going the right direction much more than I anticipated thanks to Dr Ahrons. Thank you again Ondine Cowley

   I had some procedures here and I never felt like this in a hospital. I am very anxious person and I was so scare to have those procedures, but they did it amazing and overall excellent experience. The staff was very friendly, the nurses made me feel so relax and comfortable and the consultants... 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hospital!

   I was surprised at the other reviews. I had a very high quality experience at this hospital. All of the staff, from the time I walked in the door until I left, were very professional. The rooms are very nice. The equipment is state of the art. The doctors and nurses were all doing excellent and provided wonderful care explaining everything along the way. The food was great and I’ve never said that about a hospital before. I was thankful to go here after a horrific experience at St. George’s A&E. No one wants to go to the hospital but if you have to and can afford private care, go here.

   I can believe both the negative and the positive reviews. Had a great experience last Saturday but a horrible one during the week. Due to this inconsistency, I wouldn't trust this hospital for serious medical treatment for either a family member or myself. The hospital has spent a lot of money and the staff are more than the patients, however training and experience seems to be lacking. Hopefully, they will ultimately live up to their name and become a great hospital that London really needs.

   My wife had major surgery at the Cleveland Clinic under the excellent care of Mr Charles Imber. The hospital is really superb in terms of attention and professionalism, especially in the fields of intensive care and post op recovery. All the nursing teams were very kind and understanding and that, coupled with the incredible surgeon skills of Mr. Imber, ensured a very successful outcome.
