Lovely zoo, lots of animals, it is small so take some lunch, there are picnic benches then walk around again, we did that and saw more animals that came out the second time. Don't forget the replite and bat rooms we missed them the first time around. I loved the reindeer

Came in and was not disappointed. Loved all the animals, the best part was the Capybaras, Otters and the Anteater. All the animals are well looked after and taken care of. It isn't a massive zoo but it has great animals, and can actually spend a decent amount of time looking and learning all about the wildlife. I would recommend this place for a nice little day out. I will be coming back to do the capybara

A small but lovely zoo. The animals are well cared for and the keepers very friendly and willing to stop and have a chat. We caught the bird display and chatted with the trainer for a long time after. Really informative. We're now contemplating booking a holiday at the park just to come to the zoo again.

Never been hear before so thought we would give this place a try and for a tenner entrance fee I wasn't expecting much. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised, it is a small place but it was clean and tidy, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. We did the Lorikeet feeding which was brilliant, I wasn't aware of all the other experiences they did and they was very well priced. If I would of looked on the website properly I would of seen the experiences and definitely booked more beforehand. All in all a lovely little place, I would definitely return.

This was a lovely place to visit. Though small, it is very interesting, and well worth your time. Look out for the bat experience. You can walk into a dark room where the bats roost, and can see/feel them flying around your head. Magical. There is a small but interesting gift shop. The place is fully accessible.

A small zoo. Lots of meet and greet talks. The two we went to (the reptiles and birds of the world ) where a little short of creatures. One small python and 3 species of birds. The birds and the talk was quite interesting if not a little short. Was very perturbed to see Albert the three banded armadillo in a tiny, tiny little room. Great well maintained pathways, some ongoing renovations. Certainly worth a visit if staying at Ribby Hall holiday park.

Visited with my partner and toddler. Great small zoo with plenty to see, ample seating near entrance for breaks to be taken, small gift shop that also sells refreshments at the entrance also. Cheap entry, opportunities to feed some animals for a small price. Over all great for a couple hours out.

Really great place with lots of friendly staff and interesting talks. Much smaller than zoos such as Chester zoo but it was quieter and it made seeing everything much easier to enjoy. Taking pictures and watching displays, it's probably a 2-3 hour adventure. It's quite small and compact, really positive vibes though. We did the capybara experience and it was amazing. Very great value, lovely staff and the capybara were amazing and friendly up close. Lots of great pictures and memories.

What a lovely little find! Really reasonably priced, and all the animals looked well cared for and happy. We finally got to actually see Scottish Wild Cats...and there were some animals there we never even knew existed! It's not a huge place, but great for a couple of hours. Though there is food available on the Ribby Hall site (you could leave and come back again if needed) there was nowhere actually to get food inside the zoo itself but there was a little area to eat a picnic.

We loved our visit and was our first experience at seeing a crocodile! Great placement with an adjoining gift shop at the exit, a large selection of toys and plushies. There's a swimming pool, soft play area, Papa John's, coffee shop, convenience store and other facilities within a walking distance too. Staff were really friendly and informative, answering any questions we had. Great time had by all, even in the cold!
