   I opted for this business primarily because when I came across their website I found it to be very comprehensive as well as attractive, giving it both style and content - two very important things we look for as would be customers to any business. So right away I felt the business understood the needs of their customers. I was right, from making my first appointment, to calling back to reschedule due to the tube strike, to having my procedures done, by their doctor, who had just about the best customer care skills I have come across. Everyone concerned, from the receptionist to the practitioner, was polite, helpful, and very professional. And, most of all, very patient, which is really important for first time clients. As for the procedure - I could not be happier with the results thus far. I understand that the expected results are over the first few weeks. I should mention that the clinic is squeaky clean, and a very pleasant and inviting environment. I have definitely found my Go To, with regards to non surgical cosmetic treatments.

   My treatment was split into two parts and on both occasions, Dr Sezin explained the procedure thoroughly and clearly, she maintained infection control procedures to a high standard, was friendly, professional and by far is the best dentist I have ever seen. The dental nurses who were assisting her were also working to a high standard, were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with, as was the case with all members of staff too. I was so relaxed during both parts of the treatment that I nearly fell asleep a few times! Lol! I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you.
