Terrible service. You book appointments, they cancel them and then decline your requests for medication when you need it. Shockingly poor service. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.
The receptionists are always so lovely and helpful! I have only been to see the nurse Becky but she is also equally as amazing as the receptionists.
Have been with this GP for 11+ years. Have had good and bad experiences over the years but i have to say recently they are fantastic. But that comes with the caveat that you must be able to navigate the online system. I have used the online communication tool to request bookings and test results, fit notes etc and usually get a response within MINUTES. It is a bit of a faff going through all the online stages but once you get used to it, it only takes about 5 minutes. Before the online system i could be waiting on hold on the phone for 30-40mins at a time. Staff are generally pleasant and happy to help and don’t match the ‘impossible dr’s secretary’ stereotype like other places! Thank you
Doctors and staff nice when you can actually see them! The online booking system doesn’t work and you can’t get through on the phone. Been trying to get an appointment for two weeks and now trying to get my son one. Unfortunately probably not the staffs fault, I imagine they are overstretched as all money and resources are going to some middle manager somewhere that walks around with a clipboard. Pathetic system
Well I have just picked up a insurance letter from the Doctors and charge £120. Had no choice but had to pay. It consists of them writing my personal details and his own plus another 44 words. I gave them all the information from the hospital. So no real need to look at my records. It really couldn't have taken longer then a hour. I was originally told it had been booked in for an appointment. Which I've always been lead to believe is 10 minutes. Was never told it was £120 and on arriving to collect was told can't pay by card. Cash only. Very very poor service.
Phoned at 11am. Seen at 3:20pm! Receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. GP was kind and courteous - explained everything fully. Fabulous service
Absolutely worst GP practice i ever used. The phone never works or receptionist are sleeping on the desks all the time. I have 2 kids one year old and it’s been an absolute challenge and chaos with this practice! Doctors are kind of okay but reception is absolutely terrible! Rude , disrespectful behaviour all the time. Don’t waste your time there! I rather die than going back there!
With fairness I am normally happy with everything about this practice. Today there Website stopped working its now 6 hours since I tried to talk to someone or book an appointment and its impossible 10 + in the que waiting and no backup to help. Maybe a second person taking calls would of helped. Well I have now waited since 08.59 nothing no contact even though told it would be happening
I have been with several surgeries before and by far this is the best. I found the reception staff very helpful and friendly they even offered to take care of my little toddler whilst I had a particular appointment. The GPS have all been friendly and helpful and most importantly listened. Things are done when they say it will be. Overall very happy with the care. Of course the wait for appointments are long... but that is the case in the whole of the nhs!
