Absolutely terrible service. I switched to this practice hoping it would be better than my previous one. Came in to provide a urine sample today for a suspected UTI and they have not given me an update or prescribed me my antibiotics which is supposed to take less than a day after doing the dipstick test. It is Friday night and the surgery will be closed until Monday. This is not good and shows that they do not take patients with UTIs seriously. My last practice gave me the antibiotics on the same day. I’m gonna have to go urgent care centre as my symptoms are unbearable and I don’t want the infection to spread as UTIs can be dangerous. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would give 0 stars. This incompetent Asian lady receptionist Priyanka is super rude, knowing in how much pain my friend was did not listen and only noted one minor symptom while ignoring the important one which caused the Dr to dismiss her. She's also been reckless/careless on several other occasions, where my friend stopped her when she was adding an another patient's (an old lady's) details on my friend's record. She should be investigated. This is not the first time I've heard people complain about her.

The receptionists are consistently helpful, and the process for booking appointments has improved significantly. However, securing an appointment with the appropriate doctor can still be somewhat cumbersome. Another point of concern is that if a patient arrives late, they are required to rebook; yet, even when arriving on time, there is often a waiting period. This is understandable, as it may be due to the complexity of other patients’ cases. The doctors are professional, non-judgmental, and demonstrate great patience while listening to their patients.

Worst GP and medical centre. Call themselves Doctors and dont even know what patients symptoms and pain without doing google and read it for you. Doctor so called, told me to stay in pain forever as he is in pain from last 13 years. There is no cure for my shoulder pain. Nightmare service. If you can't handle your pain then why you become doctor and how you can help others when you are in pain from 13 years

I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.

Disgusting service, they take hours to answer the phone, the doctors don’t care I was told I was high in vitamin b12 just for another doctor to tell me I had a b12 deficiency. Today I was made to wait 20mins in the waiting area just to be spoken to rudely, the staff are rude and don’t care. I am 100% going to change doctors I’d rather be I’ll then go there.

I have been a patient at The Warren since 1990. Over the years I have seen nearly every GP based here. I have seen the practice transition, improve existing services and introduce new ones. Yes, there are difficulties trying to get through. If you ask the receptionists what the best times are to call, they will let you know. When there have been any issues they have promptly been resolved. Please be 'patient' (no pun intended) with them. Imagine how many of us are on their register. I can not fault the receptionists. They are brilliant! Over the years you get to know them and they you. They ask after you and your family. The GP's, especially mine (I won't mention their name as you may want to switch over to her/him :) ), have always had the time to listen and address my concerns. If I could give them all 10 stars I would. To all the staff and GP's at The Warren Medical Centre, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and an extra special thanks from my Mum (91) who is not on social media. Thank you for going above and beyond during lockdown and Thank You for your continued service to us all. 3/3/23 - Not happy with the amount of time spent trying to get through lately and then not being understood by some new members of staff on reception. Please address these issues.

I booked my son in for the flu vaccination at the Catch-Up Clinc and the service both during booking and on the day was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The service I have been receiving here has decreased in quality majorly over the years. I had a double appointment booked today - which I had called a day before to confirm. Today, I went in, had my first appointment (I even asked this pharmacist whether the nurse knows I’m waiting and she said yes) waited for half an hour then went to ask the receptionist how long it’d be. I was then told that the nurse wasn’t in hence my second appointment couldn’t be carried out. When I said I spoke to someone a day before to confirm and also have been waiting for half an hour today (and no one told me the nurse isn’t in), they were very unbothered. The service here is getting atrocious day by day as this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. When you’re waiting in the line at the GP, the receptionists are just on their computers not calling you forward and when you call from home, they don’t pick the phone up!
