I am extremely concerned of so many negative comments and if they are at all taken notice of by QCC. My husband visited tge surgery a while ago complaining of an abdominal pain on the left. Upon examination the doctor said he was not really concerned but however will refer to a renal consultant. Further investigation concluded that one kidney was dead but the good kidney was performing 90%. Requested if he can ve referred to Heart failure clinic as his condition has never been reviewed following quadruple by pass 10 years ago. However the doctor reviewed the medications and prescribed alternatives as deemed necessary. For sometime my husband has been experiencing cramps in his hands and legs. Has requested the surgery several times to consult the doctor. No promises of doctor to contact him have been achieved. Finally on Friday a report of urine test has shown that his surviving kidney is now performing 42%.(GFR). A clinician nurse called and advised to carry on with the medication and tge test willbe repeated in 6 months.Also there was an intense conversation about speaking to the doctor as to who said what. I find the receptionists very unprofessional including the manager. The manager once asked the receptionist to call my husband to clarify a misunderstood conversation. Absolutely lack of professionalism. I AM VERY SERIOUSLY LOOKING INTO MOVING TO ANOTHER PRACTICE.

This is the worst GP surgery,I ever faced in UK. If I tried to find GOD ,may be I will get one day but my GP is impossible to get an appointment and the worst part is you never see him personally. I think I should make Google my GP.. they can at least suggest solutions to problems.

Extremely disappointing service. The staff/receptionists especially keep blaming the patients and shaming them for their sickness. They are super not helpful and the attitude is terribly rude. On a few occasions they said they would call back and never did. I have to call them few times a day to chase my prescription and appointment details, while I'm the one who is actually sick and unwell in bed. It took them 3 days to approve a prescription from the hospital, while all they need to do is to sign the prescription and send to the pharmacy. Sometimes I had to wait for 2-3 weeks to get my prescription because they keep sending the wrong notes to the wrong pharmacy, and they just do not care about if you are dead or not. I had to miss some days of meds for a few times because of their stupidness and uselessness. Truely don't understand how can medical staff be that terrible and seemingly it's only "a job" to them.

Absolutely disgusting Practice. UB1/UB2 residents if you want stressful service please register with this practice. Furthermore I was so stupid that I registered with them at 70 Norwood Road and for my appointments I kept Visiting Lady Margaret Road Practice.Last but not the least their receptionists are absolutely horrible (with exception of one though who do hoon while working). I am making a formal complaint about this practice in collocation with 9 of other registered residents of this practice.

regarding my recent experience with Dr. Sanghera. When I requested a follow-up ultrasound scan — a year after an issue was initially identified — Dr. Sanghera was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than acknowledging my concern or offering a proper assessment, I was told that I was wasting both their time and mine. I was not offered a follow-up check-up, nor was my current condition reviewed. Instead, I was simply told to decide whether I want surgery, without any further discussion or support. I find this approach unprofessional and concerning. As a patient, I believe I deserve to be heard and properly assessed, especially when seeking clarity on a previously identified issue.

Absolute worst doctors surgery ever! Incompetent staff. My husband had chest pains and his heart rate was quite high so we made an appointment to see the dr - when we got to his appointment surprisingly it was with a nurse who checked his weight and height ! We didn’t need a bmi test he needed a medical assessment. To add insult to injury - He’s 6 ft and the nurse said he was 5’7 until I made her re do it. Absurd. They then called him to book a blood test which was 2 weeks later and still no mention of an appointment with an actual dr. Their online booking system is ridiculous and reception staff looked bewildered if you ask them to book an appointment for you. What a shame they are letting so many people in the local area down.

This is the worst GP practice I have ever experienced. I left them and registered with MWH. Best decision I ever made. The receptionist are completely useless, rude and unprofessional. It’s impossible to get an appointment and they hang up on you when you call them. Disgraceful! I will be moving all my family from this GP!
