I absolutely love the ladies at L’eto. I’ve had many treatments with them both and highly recommend visiting Heifa and Banaz for all of your needs. From injectables, Co2 laser, PRP and lots more they have you covered. I had the best Guinot hydration facial today with Banaz, it was lushhhh :)
Diabolical!! Haifa. God forbid you question her ability. She gaslights and manipulates. She DOES NOT LISTEN to what you want. It's as if she is paying for YOUR treatment bc she does as she sees fit despite my efforts to explain exactly how I want to look, natural, not blown up like a balloon. She DOES NOT discuss what and how much she is doing. She IS NOT A DOCTOR, just another qualified person as so many are and these qualifications are open to everybody and so many clinics offer the training. A doctor can answer all concerns and side affects without taking offence, professionally. This woman on the other hand, takes offence as though you are attacking her character and I can only assume she does not know which is when gaslighting works in her favour. She gives an ultimatum regarding the service she provides as she clearly stands by her word that she WILL COMPLETE tear trough filler and YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REFUSE AS I DID. THIS RESULTED IN HER SPITTING OUT HER DUMMY AND TELLING ME VERY CLEARLY THAT SHE DOES NOT DO THE TREATMENT WITHOUT UNDER-EYE FILLER. YET THE OPTIONS ARE OPEN TO FACE AND OR UNDER EYE. I have explained the risks and concerns but she is adamant when done properly, there are no risks of lumps developing under eyes. So why did a huge lump appear on my face which I asked her about ? Only for her to dismiss my concerns and not answer let alone care? And that treatment was completed by her...done properly? Hmmm... I was so upset by her response or, lack of. She implied that she will not be treating me because I do not want tear trough treatment, ever!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A QUALIFIED DOCTOR. THERE ARE MANY AVAILABLE. THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT AND GUESS WHAT? THEY ANSWER ALL CONCERNS WITHOUT GASLIGHTING NOR DO THEY MAKE YOU, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER FEEL GUILTY FOR ASKING BECAUSE THAT'S YOUR RIGHT. HAIFA TOOK MY RIGHTS AWAY FROM ME.
Booked online via Treatwell and pre-paid my appointment. Turned up, the place is shut. Called the mobile phone number provided (in case they just popped out) - was told that they don't open on Mondays and I shouldn't have booked (!). Well... If you are closed just disable the availability for that day... Had to waste time to arrange for a refund and still find elsewhere to get my eyebrows sorted.
Absolutely lovely clinic! Extremely clean and organised with amazing result. Heifa is so friendly and professional. Will definitely be recommending this clinic to my friends and families! If you're looking for a hair removal clinic or other treatments definitely go to this clinic.
