Not so great — I specifically asked for quick delivery to get the prescription, and the only email they sent didn’t mention any extra payment at all. No one called or followed up, and when I phoned, it suddenly became my issue for not paying. It just feels like they didn’t care especially after asking so clearly. Its bit of a shame..
Fabulous doctors but absolutely terrible customer service, I've has to chase up the admin staff three times to book an appointment, to pay invoices and to obtain my prescription, how can you get all of this wrong?! I have been a patient for 3 years now and in the last year its been an absolute disaster of customer care.
Brilliant. My doctor listened carefully, was patient and positive. I was prescribed treatment that aligns with my lifestyle as well as my symptoms, and feel empowered as a result. It's a big relief to find someone who really understands not only how to manage this difficult phase of life but also how to give patients the right care. Thank you. Would happily recommend to anyone.
I have felt listened to and cared for. My Doctor has changed my HRT and continues to improve my menopause journey. It is unfortunate that we women have to pay to receive the right advice but thank God the menopause care exists. Worth the cost.
I have been seeing Doctor Ping for over a year and her care and reassuring advise have helped me feel better than I have been for some time. My career including travel to LA and Korea were I have been teaching Pilates has been very challenging both physically and mentally, however I have thrived and felt able to embrace many challenges out of my comfort zone which I’m not sure I would have been able to do before I had been helped with Doctor Pings care and the use of HRT!
The incredible doctors at Menopause Care delivered expert sessions on the menopause to our students. We felt well informed after these sessions. Thanks so much and highly recommended
Exceptional care given all round, my first appointment was very thorough and I was listened to and made to feel very comfortable and say exactly how I was feeling, I I have a follow up due soon and I am in constant contact with very helpful and friendly people regarding blood tests and my medication and any queries/worries I may have. I am very thankful. Would highly recommend.
