I took my son to the emergency department at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The service overall was good, and the staff were professional and caring. It did take a bit of time for my son to be checked, but considering it was New Year’s Day, that’s understandable. Overall, we were satisfied with the care provided.

EMA Patient Transport recently assisted a patient discharged from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital who needed a private wheelchair transfer to Heathrow Airport (Terminal 3) to get a return flight home to Canada. EMA arranged a safe, smooth and professional journey from the ward to the airport. The hospital has superb facilities and the hospital team were very helpful and accommodating throughout – thank you for your support.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 2 due to my recent experience where the front receptionist young lady treated me with disrespect and was completely arogant. Staff like this destroy a business entirely being the first line of customer services. My initial comment (below) was referring to the gastro staff at level 4, the rest is a joke. Also the nurses at the Diagnostic Centre at level 2 need to work on their empathy after they keep you waiting for almost 1 hour after your appointment time not considering you have been fasting for 14 hours and you need food and water. Train the staff to listen not to respond back like you offended them asking how much longer do you need to wait. There are ill people visiting a hospital that don’t need arguments, just want to be in good and active care. Initial comment. Top class hospital, looks more like a shopping centre than anything else. There are plenty of coffee shops and waiting areas. Well signaled across all floors, easy to make your way around. Seems pretty quiet too, possible due to its posh reputation. Staff here are well trained and respectful.

Top tier staff, super friendly. I came through Urgent Cared and stayed at St Mary's Abbot ward. I had a very small operation and was cared at top level. Only problem was that as they were really really busy, timings were really long but wouldn't take a star out because they did everything that they could and I always was checked and cared. NHS Legends! Especial shout out to Alex that even looking really busy as she was looking after the whole ward, took excelent care of me and all the patients around.

Amazing maternity experience from antenatal care until post natal care. Especially the team and my care on the labour ward was 5 star. I was very nervous as it was my first baby but the midwives and doctors explained everything well and put my mind at ease and I felt very safe. I was able to have an epidural and I had a speedy and safe and pain free labour. Highly recommend this hospital for maternity care.

I was brought in by ambulance to A&E last night with a cardiac issue. I arrived at the hospital completely terrified, but was reassured every step of the way. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable - one brought his phone charger to me as my phone was flat and I wasn’t able to get home. Doctors were thorough and I was diagnosed quickly. The department was very modern and clean, it reminded me more of a private hospital. Every single person I encountered was really lovely and caring. It was the best possible care. Thank you!

I had the nicest experience with the consultant at A&E. Having to attend can be an stressful experience in the first instance, so having a good experience with a compitant and professional person is an added bonus. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for their reception. Not to digress. I feel that the consultant was very thorough and made me feel secure with her decision as I left the hospital. A huge “THANK YOU” to consultant Julia Burkert for her wonderful services. They are lucky to have such a nice person and consultant after all she is human and her job very stressful. Thank you once again.

Came here for my first antenatal appointment and was looked after by a wonderful midwife called Maddy. She was incredibly welcoming, thorough and knowledgeable, I felt very well cared for and had all my questions answered. I was also seen by Mariam, a fantastic phlebotomist that was very kind and extremely skilled, couldn’t feel a thing and she made me feel super comfortable. I couldn’t be more please with my first visit, everyone I met was kind, caring and welcoming. I was seen without any delays and the whole process felt well-planned and efficient!
