   I am 35 weeks pregnant and have started seeing Toby in the lead up to giving birth. All I can say is before I saw Toby it hurt my hips and pelvic area so much to turn over in the night that I would groan out loud but now there is no pain. I am so amazed and also very grateful!

   I have known Toby for over 6 years. I first came to see him with debilitating tension headaches in 2014. I was having them 24/7 for a few months and no prescribed medication or physiotherapy helped to resolve them. I didn't have much hope when I arranged an appointment with Toby after a friend recommended him. How wrong I was! I felt improvement after the first session and the headaches were completely gone after few treatments. Since then Toby has been my first point of contact when I have an injury or feel unwell. Not only I find his sessions beneficial to my health but they are also utterly relaxing (I often fall asleep half way through the treatment) and very personal (there is never rush, Toby is always generous with his time trying to help to make you feel better.) I feel so lucky that we have such an amazing practitioner in our area.

   I was recommended to Toby by a friend following my breast cancer diagnosis in May 2017 at the age of 47. I could not have asked for a more gentle, understanding, talented and caring professional to help get me 'back on track'. Three years later there is no question that regular visits to Toby have helped me both physically and mentally to overcome the stresses of a cancer diagnosis. In remission now, I thoroughly look forward to the acupuncture sessions which are always of great physical and mental benefit. I cannot recommend Toby highly enough.

   Thank you so much Toby. I had my first acupuncture session ever! I was excited but also nervous as I was quite afraid of needles before. I shared this with Toby. He was amazing! He talked me through everything and made me feel completely relaxed. He worked on all my current health issues. I could even feel energy unblocked and flow throughout my body after he applied needles. I keep coming back as I can tell the difference after every session! Toby is an excellent, experienced and knowledgeable acupuncturist.I highly recommend him! All the best Toby.
