I felt at ease throughout the entire time I spent at the clinic. The doctor was really lovely and explained all he was doing during the treatment, and I felt safe and well cared for.

Easy to find and parking close by at Waitrose. To early to say if successful but bleeding stopped from day one so hopefully a good outcome will result. Some discomfort during and after procedure, for me, it was not painless. If the improvement continues, it will have been worth while. Chaperone could have been more evident.

As an infrequent visitor to London, travelling from Norwich, I had absolutely no prior knowledge of the area and where the Wimbledon (Raynes Park) eXroid clinic was situated. I was very pleasantly surprised, this was the easiest place to find. From Liverpool Street Station I took the tube (Elizabeth Line Westbound) to Tottenham Court Road, then on to Waterloo (Northern Line Southbound) where I caught the train (South Western Railway) to Raynes Park. The entire trip was done on a zone 1-4 travel card and took around an hour. On arrival at Raynes Park I exited the station via the underpass which took me directly on to Coombe Lane, immediately opposite is the Raynes Park Tavern at the end of Lambton Road and the Raynes Park Health Centre is a couple of buildings along on the left hand side, immediately opposite a Costa coffee shop. The Health Centre is part of Kingston Hospital and the ground floor is the NHS outpatient department. On the second floor is the Stratum Clinic and this is where the eXroid appointments are held. The clinic is clean and modern with a spacious waiting area with tea and coffee making facilities available. The reception staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. For anyone with mobility problems lift access is available. I understand that the clinic is also easily accessible by bus, there are no onsite parking facilities, however street parking is available. I recommend this clinic for the sheer ease of getting to it, in terms of the eXroid procedure, again for me it was an entirely positive experience and I have written a separate review regarding this.

My xRoid treatment at Raynes Park Stratum Clinic was excellent with everything explained by the consultant throughout the consultation and treatment. The clinic is a few paces from the station with frequent trains from Waterloo and an easy change at Clapham Junction for me. I celebrated with a coffee at Costa just across the road and a spring in my step!

The clinic was spotless, and timings were all good. I think the receptionist and the chaperone could have been a bit more chatty and sociable to put me at ease but I'm very happy with my treatment
