   I made the appointment same day. Showed up and she was not there. Re-scheduled for three weeks later - I never received the patch test in the post as promised, 3 weeks passed and she stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. Only replying once I advised treatwell saying her phone screen broke. I wish I had read the similar reviews on treatwell before wasting my time and money.

   A facial after a long time for me. I was super impressed. My skin felt smooth and hydrated for days. The therapist was really friendly and more importantly quite knowledgeable and explained well about the types of skin and the appropriate products. I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to going back soon.

   First facial ever and certainly wont be my last. I was put at ease from the outset and given practical skin knowledge and advice throughout my treatment. My face was left glowing and plump. Can't wait for more treatments I am well and truly on my way to my skin goals. :)
