    It was so easy and convenient to use. My family was sick with Steph and we were able to get the antibiotic we needed over the weekend without having to wait for the GP to open on Monday

    Do not use MedicSpot if you value your time and health. Old system, breaking during payment transaction and then you wait half an hour to connect to the doctor... and on top of that prescriptions are £15. The only good thing was pharmacy staff, which was very helpfull and kind!

    Terrible. You will get online consultation through an ancient laptop. Better be at home for this. No basic equipment worked. The doctor advised that we'd better go to a GP in person. Must avoid.
