My first time visiting bodymatters recently for a podiatry appointment. Had exceptional treatment by Stephen, who was wonderful! It felt very personalised and he was very empathetic and informative. Best of all, I left feeling immediate relief - would highly recommend.
Georgia was excellent. She went through the whole procedure beforehand and as she went along as well. She made sure I was always comfortable and went at my pace for the massage. She has a warm and comforting presence. My treatment was excellent and I could feel the difference in my jaw and neck by the end of it. I shall definitely be rebooking.
I saw Dr. Sandali Jayasena for a severe lower back issue and she was outstanding. I’d been in persistent pain for over a week and could barely move, but within one session she improved my situation dramatically. She told me she couldn’t perform magic, but honestly, what she did for me in just one session came very close! She also gave me great advice on prevention and strengthening. Highly skilled, caring, thorough and effective — thank you so much!
Giorgia was really friendly and welcoming. She took time to understand the muscle pain I’d had in my back for the past few months and catered the deep tissue massage to solve it. She also gave me some really good advice and exercises, which was much appreciated, as well as taking notes for future visits. Very professional and felt like a medical appointment as opposed to just a massage. I’m feeling so good now and looking forward to next time
I had a massage treatment for 45mins with Giorgia. It was such a good experience, she was really warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The massage was really good, exactly what I was after. I definitely look forward to booking my next treatment. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
Love this lady! I go in regularly for CACI and Natasha is such a brilliant therapist with a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge. She really cares about her clients and always shows great respect by checking I'm comfortable, warm, pressure ok etc. even though I'm a regular. Great to have a natter with too - if you don't nod off during the treatment! Highly recommend.
I felt at ease throughout which was great! I also like that I had the opportunity to express any specific areas of focus beforehand, and that she checked on my level of comfort during the massage. Overall I’d say it was a really nice experience.
A couple of months ago I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. I had never had one of these massages before and was looking forward to one post partum. I thought I would get the 90 minute massage and was really excited to feel the results. I left feeling a little ripped off in all honesty... and since having had the massage again in Harley Street, I can confirm I was. She apologised for being late which was fine, but the time was not added at the end... And the massage itself was very odd. Lots light finger touches and prods rather than sweeping, draining motions. She stayed away from my stomach which was the key area I was hoping for and spent the whole time talking/ chatting. Whilst I enjoyed the intense conversation I left feeling heavier than ever and entirely robbed of an accurate experience.
It was my first consultation+ treatment for visceral osteopathy.. I loved every minute. Mary is so lovely, so nice. I felt instant trust. She knows what she's doing. Very professional. Many thanks! PS. And yes, I'm sooo coming back. Booked another session already.
