   I recently visited Coulsdon Osteopathic Clinic regarding back pain after a fall. I was seen by Mr Jitendra Vara and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and care. He took the time to assess my symptoms thoroughly and quickly recognised that the pain might be due to structural damage and possibly osteoporosis and hence as a precautionary measure advised against any osteopathic treatment. Instead he advised me to get an X-ray to confirm the diagnosis and explained everything clearly and kindly. What really stood out was that he didn’t charge me for the consultation, even though he provided valuable advice. It’s rare to meet a practitioner who puts a patient’s wellbeing above everything else. I’m very grateful for his honesty, expertise, and compassion. Highly recommended.

   I’d really like to thank Coulsdon Osteopathic Clinic, and especially Mr. Vara, for the amazing treatment I received after injuring my neck. I had a whiplash injury after a ball hit my forehead, and I also suffered a concussion. A few months after the injury, I started getting numbness in my right hand and honestly felt quite hopeless about it. Mr Vara understood everything that was going on. He explained things clearly and made me feel completely at ease. After just one treatment I already felt so much better and the numbness in my right hand gradually improved too, which was such a huge relief after months of discomfort and worry. The clinic itself is friendly and well-run, which made the whole experience even easier. I honestly can’t recommend Coulsdon Osteopathic Clinic and Mr. Vara enough. Their care made a massive difference during a really stressful time, and I’m very grateful for it.

   Had an amazing hour with Lucinda today. Such a nice caring person - even assisted me with paying for my parking!, Very professional practitioner who really knows her stuff, made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately. Seen the minute I walked in. The practice is immaculate and clean and the receptionist is so helpful and pleasant. Can wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks. Highly recommended :-)
