I’m getting my tattoo removed and the whole process is very quick and easy. I got moved here from the Nottinghill clinic after they shut down. The experience here is much better. The staff here is better trained.
Don’t waste your time with this company. Before my treatment I was lied to by the practitioner who I explained to her that I’ve tried every single treatment on the market and nothing had worked, so I’m very skeptical. She reassured me that the Morpheus8 treatment will definitely remove my old and white stretch marks and she even took me in a private room to speak to me, and invited her polish shop manager to the meeting who was also very certain agreeing with her. She was so adamant that I totally believed that it will work and signed up straightaway. After my 6 session treatment I complained to a senior manager in writing about what had happened because the treatment didnt work, nor was there any difference whatsoever, and she said she doesn’t believe that they did that, that they would not say anything like that and that I signed the consent form which says they can’t guarantee results. She didn’t do anything about it. And I had written to the shop manager prior to this aswell reminding her of what she had advised me. I was lied to and manipulated all because they are very unprofessional! Please please don’t waste your time, efforts and money with them. You will only regret it!!
My experience at this clinic has been great. Maria is such a lovely lady and she is very good at her job. Also, one of the receptionists (Olivia) is incredibly friendly and helpful but sadly another (Karolina) not so much. It’s also absurd that the Ukrainian flag was removed from the clinic but has now been put back, which is a good thing.

She always takes the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel completely comfortable and confident during each session. I go to this clinic from really long time. Never complained. Lovely the girls i always met there. The receptionist is very nice, kind and very friendly. My practitioner was Alex, she was amazing in hee job, very professional.and nice person, she worked on me from really long time. but I had my session yesterday with another girl and left me thinking to leave this branch because of how she assisted me.She was supposed to do my laser and not asking question of my private life and in mannerless way. She was asking about my economies. None of this was obviously her business, very insensitive of her.specially for her first time meeting me. Quite unprofessional. Usually i buy the packages on full price, and never on offer. This time i wanted to, but now I m left uncomfortable and i m definitely thinking if to go back there, even if I always loved that place and feel familiar in there.
My mum started her Cosmelan treatment in September at the Soho clinic, which consist of visits every 4 weeks. My mum was completely disappointed on her last visit due to a comment that a rude receptionist made, I was heartbroken when she told me. After the visit, the practitioner offered my mum the same products that was offered to her in her previous visit, my mum mentioned that she still had hers at home and it wasn't needed, but practitioner insisted so my mum asked if it was included in the treatment or if it was free like the previous products, but the receptionist looked at her disgustingly and said 'You have to pay for it, there's nothing for free'. My mum was completely shocked after a simple question, she paid and left not wanting to come back anymore. I called the clinic to express my mum's experience and the receptionist I spoke with apologised on behalf of all the receptionists but also accused my mum of being a liar. I then told her that my mum would never want to come back to this Clinic despite of being halfway of the treatment. Treatment alone costs £950, excluding daily cosmetic products that are about £200 per kit. Awful experience for such expensive treatment with poor customer service!!!! They judge clients based on physical appearance. Some people don't dress to impress, some people are humble and keep their money saved for what it's worth spending on!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!!! Rating it 1 because I can't rate it 0
I've been having laser hair removal with Alex at the soho clinic since January 2020 and couldn't be happier with my experience. Alex is an absolute diamond! Not only is she an excellent practitioner who cares about every detail but she has made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Couldn't recommend her and the soho clinic enough!

I am finishing up my first 8 treatment package of laser and my practitioner (Maria) has been an absolute dream!!! She is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She listens to me and is happy to work with me to achieve results and she is always so quick! The practice is great with great receptionist staff and very clean
