   I'm leaving a 5 star review after my appt this morning with Dr Unaiza Qureshi. I was quite nervous prior to the appt and have taken a while to talk on my issue. Unaiza was so easy to talk to and reassured me totally. She covered everything and have come away feeling I had a very good experience and confident going forward. Thank you again :) Ps the staff at the practice helpful too and making appt was straightforward

   A huge thank you to Aisha Olaad at Morum House Medical Centre. During my appointment she was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring during a time when I wasn’t feeling well and was quite stressed. She took the time to assess me properly, explain what was going on, and make sure I had the treatment and support I needed. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care she provided.

   I can't recall meeting a kinder more caring GP, without exception or exaggeration. Dr Qureshi didn't just listen to me, I honestly felt heard, which is different, and cannot be underestimated. She was very easy to talk to. It was very clear to me that Dr Qureshi took an interest in my symptoms, as she asked me relevant follow-up questions. She was very reassuring and gave me lots of very helpful advice. She was so genuinely caring and addressed my concerns very thoroughly and knowledgeably. What really stood out though, was that despite the immense time pressures on GPs these days, at no point whatsoever did I feel rushed at all, not one iota. I was very worried and anxious about my symptoms before my appt, but came away from the consultation feeling so much more positive and hopeful. This was solely down to Dr Qureshi and her exceptional manner. There's hope yet for the NHS! :)

   I’ve been a patient for over 25 years and have seen many changes throughout that time. I decided to stay on because of Dr. Bell she is exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable, and truly outstanding in her care. Dr. Bell is a real asset. Her professionalism, understanding, and kind manner make a huge difference. Working in the NHS myself, I can confidently say that doctors like Dr. Bell are rare to come by. I would also like to commend Dr. Bell for her patience and dedication. She truly listens and takes into consideration that, as a patient, I place my trust in her. Her compassion and commitment to providing the best possible care are deeply appreciated.

   I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Dr. Domike Isiodu. He quickly recognised my medical issue and referred me to a specialist hospital without delay. Thanks to his proactive approach, I received timely surgery which was a complete success. Dr. Isiodu explained everything clearly at every stage, which made me feel informed and reassured. After my surgery, he followed up with another appointment, checked my recovery thoroughly, and gave me peace of mind that everything was healing well. This 5-star rating goes entirely to Dr. Isiodu for his outstanding professionalism, care and dedication. I am truly grateful for everything he has done. I highly recommend him.

   The reception team is really bad as soon as they open the phone they speak to you as if they don’t want to help!. Come on man! Why you working if you don’t like your job. Not happy. There’s people out there that are truly sick show some empathy.

   Worst doctor I have ever spoken to. She was laughing with my health problems, I asked her to stop laughing as I’m feeling uncomfortable and feels like a joke and she was like “I’m not laughing, I’m just telling you” Worst experience ever, doctors shouldn’t be like that making patients so uncomfortable and on top of that she didn’t even give solution to my problem and what I asked on my appointment.

   The receptionists (women) are very good and very polite. I don't know why some people say they are not when they are indeed polite. I have been a patient for 6 years. Going to change for the exhausting waiting list. The receptionists and administration helped me many times. Thanks for all. They are the front desk and take a lot of blame when there is clearly a big managerial and funding issue. I frankly had a problem before with the lady manager because of an aesthetical surgery rejected but on another occasion she got all my paperwork printed out and I appreciated that. There is a MASSIVE shortage of doctors and this results in very long waiting lists to book an appoitment. A month to get an appointment by phone with a doctor? No thanks. No more. Doctors change continuously. Bad situation.

   Do not join this practice especially if you have small children. The two times I’ve had appointments they have kept me waiting 30/40 minutes with young children with me. When you see the doctors they are lovely but are let down by terrible times management, reception etc. at my most recent visit for my sons immunisations I was 5 minutes late and they kept me waiting a further 20 minutes to tell me the nurse wouldn’t see me. Terrible service and have joined a new gp surgery.
