   This is the best clinic with the best professionals. Nurse Paulina is the best nurse for any cosmetic interventions such as fillers and Botox. I trust her completely—she always makes me feel special and beautiful, and nobody can tell that I actually have a lot of filler. The staff are amazing, professional, and welcoming.    ve had a fantastic experience at the Bromley therapy clinic for my laser treatments. The staff are always warm, friendly, and very professional, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. They explain each step clearly and make sure I feel confident and well-informed before and after every session. The results from my laser treatment have been excellent so far — I’ve already noticed a real difference, and the sessions are quick, gentle, and carried out with great care. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering laser treatment.

   My usual Thérapie clinic couldn’t find me in so I booked an appointment at Bromley. They were open at a good time in the evening which was convenient. I had my third session of laser hair removal with Jayda who was excellent. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It didn’t hurt but she made sure to check and that I was comfortable at all points. Highly recommend and would definitely book with her again!

   I’ve had the most positive experience here. I have had 3 laser treatments so far and every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a different person carrying out my laser treatment, but each time has been genuinely incredible. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and they’ve always made me feel completely comfortable, even though the treatment is in a very private area. I’ve felt totally at ease, and all the ladies working there have been amazing. The process has been quick and efficient, and any time I’ve had a question, they’ve answered it without hesitation. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. I’ve been raving about it to everyone I know, and I definitely want to recommend it to as many people as possible.

   I've had 10 sessions of laser hair removal and I'm over the moon with the result. My beauty therapist Audrone is lovely, very kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable every time. She is also very knowledgeable and explained everything in small detail. She also advised me about skin care. I highly recommend Thérapie clinic, good prices and amazing staff!

   I receive a notice to leave a review after every treatment. I've been hesitant to do this before as my appointments never seem to go smoothly, and I really didn't want to leave negative reviews for niggling issues, when my results have been very positive. However, I can no longer stay silent. I purchased my first course in May 2020 and other than lockdowns and restrictions, I've had my treatments done every 6 wks like clockwork at the Bromley location. I even received my first referral bonus in August 2020 after recommending to a friend; that's how happy I was. There were niggling issues, but nothing to stop me from carrying on with treatments; until today. I arrived on schedule, 10 mins early for my 9am appointment, as specified in the instructions, to a locked door and lights off. I thought this odd as I'd had appointments earlier than 9 before and was a little worried that something had happened. As I was checking the store opening times and my emails for a message, a member of staff came to the door to say they'd be opening in a few minutes. After said time, I was let in and then told the opening hours had changed. Why change the opening hours without notifying customers, but still insist customers turn up 10 minutes early to stand outside? I was then ushered into a treatment room to get ready. The lady apologised for a lack of covers and wipes and said there had been delivery issues. I was offered an extra piece of paper to use as a cover but was given nothing to wipe, not even a baby wipe. I was expecting my regular technician to do my treatment, as she'd checked me in, but it was someone else. As someone who is having treatment on an intimate area, it's uncomfortable to not have consistency in my treatment. The lady who did my treatment was very apologetic and did mention that it was in my notes to maintain the same technician. So why was this not done even though two of my previous technicians were in the building? She did offer to get one of them, but I didn't want to make her feel bad. So, I went through with it. It was actually really horrible but I was worried that if i persisted and got one of the other ladies to treat me, I'd be treated poorly. Maybe I should've just stood my ground, but as a customer for over 2yrs, who's personal notes are noted on the system; I shouldnt have been put in that position. Honestly, I feel like a number and not a valued customer coming here. The staff always seem to be swept off their feet and my treatments are always rushed. There's little to no organisation and a severe lack of communication of changes with the customer. My results are great; but the journey getting here has been rough. The treatment before this didn't very go well either to be honest. There have also been times when my appointments were changed without my knowledge. When a full time working mum makes an appointment at a specific time, it's for a specific reason. The friend I initially recommended finished her first course and never returned. She complained about the lack of communication and customer care after an appointment was changed without her knowledge. Both of her sisters also finished one course, never to return. I never really found out why, but I'm intrigued to find out now why I was the only one still attending. Maybe I'm just more tolerant of little issues! I've got an underarm treatment left unused, but I'm not sure if I'll go back to redeem it. There are various other reasons but this review is long enough as is. I genuinely don't know if it's worth going out of my way to be treated poorly for something I've already paid for. I think I'll just let them have it. I was waiting for the black Friday sales to buy another course, mostly for top up sessions as I'm very happy with my results; but I think I'll go elsewhere instead. I've given 2 stars as the treatments are good and the laser works well but the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired so cannot genuinely rate any higher.

   Amazing session, I had Elle which was very friendly and informative. I’ve already booked in for my second treatment session and can’t wait to see my results over time. Update: After my first session I requested to have the same lady as I was now comfortable with my therapist. When I went for my next appointment I was attended to by another lady. I was confused as my selected therapist was working that day. The company definitely needs improvement with this as it’s uncomfortable as a women being attended to by different people.
