   I’ve just finished my ear laser hair removal session and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The lady who treated me was incredibly skilled, professional, and such a lovely person — she immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was smooth, pleasant, and surprisingly enjoyable. We had a great chat, the treatment was done perfectly, and I left feeling really confident about the results already. I can’t wait for my next session. Highly recommended!

   I just had my laser session (underarms, bikini, and lower legs) and I’m absolutely delighted. Manjula was fantastic incredibly kind, we were chatting the whole session and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I highly recommend the London Bridge clinic. They’re efficient, skilled, and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering laser hair removal. A 10/10 experience!

   I’ve been getting HydraFacials at Thérapie Clinic, at London Bridge branch and I have to say that Ronak( Therapist) is absolutely amazing. She always makes me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. She explains every step clearly, checks in throughout the treatment, and her calming approach really puts me at ease. My skin feels fantastic after every session. Highly recommend her!

   I had originally booked my appointment for 4pm but ended up walking in around 2pm. Even though I was early, the team were really nice and let me wait, and they managed to see me at 2:50pm. I didn’t wait long and was seen by a lovely blonde clinician (sorry, I can’t remember her name!). As soon as I walked in, she made me feel comfortable — super friendly and polite. I told her about my previous treatment, and when I said I was there for anti-wrinkle, she explained the new subscription option, which actually sounds ideal for me. She went through my form and explained everything she was going to do, step by step. The whole experience was great! Smooth, quick, painless, and very clean. Honestly, I think you’re the best clinic in London. Thank you for the amazing service. 5 stars from me!

   I had a Potenza skin treatment with Ronak, and she was great from start to finish. She was polite, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. Ronak took the time to answer all of my questions and explained each step clearly. The treatment itself went smoothly, and her calm energy made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional practitioner. However, the treatment itself is not worth the price. £300 for a treatment that needs loads of treatments to see improvements, not worth it. It’s better to gather all the money for alternative treatments. That treatment should not cost over £200 That’a all.

   This is my second time at this location, and both times my experience has been perfect. The ladies at the desk give you a lovely warm welcome. And the treatment ladies? 10 out of 10. Super comfortable environment, professional and a great vibe. I didn't even notice the pain with Eda today, she had me chatting and laughing all treatment and it was done in no time. Thank you for a fab experience, looking forward to my next visit.

   I dealt with Gabriela, she is just amazing, so professional and thoughtful. 1st time i meet her and expressed a few issues, she made sure she explained everything before, moving into laser. As a result we made a few changes for the better and i am supper impressed with her level of service. So hoping to have her for the rest of my sessions.

   Eda provided excellent service. She took the time to understand my client history and results before starting the latest round of laser treatment. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Best of all, she was down to earth and put me at ease. On previous visits with other therapists, I have felt pressurised to buy additional products or treatments, whereas Eda was able to explain what else was available (and the associated benefits) without asking me to make a significant financial commitment on the spot. This is a thoughtful approach to sales, as I am more likely to go away and consider the additional options (whereas cold sales tends to be a turn-off for me).

   Doesn't work I have had 9 sessions now, have had 0 results. I have been attending the Tower Bridge clinic and their machines have broken down 3 times now, so I have been left with long gaps in between treatments. I have never had an appointment that has started on time, which has made me late to go back to work several times. I have tried to get in touch multiple times and the head office keeps telling me to speak to the clinic direct, who are super unhelpful and rude. Every time I do they say they will call me back, and they never do, and they just keep telling me to do more and more sessions. And worst of all all 9 sessions were extremely uncomfortable and painful. I have now been left with permanent marks from the laser. So not only have I been left with no hair reduction, but a total waste of money and time, and also permanent marks! I am beyond frustrated, and I can't get in touch with anyone to discuss! If I had been able to just talk to someone about this person to person, I wouldn't be so frustrated, but I have just been left with this to deal with on my own.
