   Bank Clinic - laser treatment. Behie is genuinely fantastic. The treatment Behie provided has honestly been the best experience by far. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cares about her clients. Behie is also really lovely and great to chat to. I saw great results even after my first session which was amazing! I am so glad I found her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Do not go to this clinic for tattoo removal. The staff were consistently careless and showed very little interest in my treatment. Every appointment felt rushed and concerns expressed at appointments were brushed aside. No one was paying attention to how the treatment was progressing and that was very evident. They want to get people in and out as quickly as possible rather than provide proper care. Results were patchy and damaged skin. They will make excuses about “we never know how the skin will respond” but I’ve had sessions elsewhere since and my skin has been treated 1000x better. Refund when I wasn’t happy with how the treatment was going was difficult to get and they really couldn’t have cared less about the damage to my skin or my experience. On top of all this, staff would constantly open the treatment room door without knocking, even when I was partially undressed, which was completely unacceptable. The overall service was bottom tier. Save your money

   I’ve had the loveliest experience with Brooke and Erika at Pulse Light. They have both been incredibly respectful, especially towards my religion. As a Muslim, I asked if I could pray, and they kindly accommodated me by preparing a small area in the room so I could do so comfortably during treatment time— something I truly appreciated. I did CoolSculpt during my visit, and Erica took her time to explain the entire process thoroughly, along with other treatment options! She answered ALL of my questions and made sure I felt completely at ease. Brooke was very smiley, warm, and friendly throughout the whole experience. Their kindness and professionalism have honestly made me want to return to this clinic for more treatments in the future. I’ve had an amazing experience. Thank you so much to both of you — you made everything so smooth, comfortable, and welcoming including both of your professionalism!

   I've been coming to this clinic for laser treatments and have been consistently happy with the overall experience and results. The staff is always kind, professional, and responsive - whether it’s rescheduling an appointment or addressing any concerns, they handle everything smoothly and with care. Marta, has been especially attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and that everything was going well during my sessions. One thing to keep in mind is that treatments are typically carried out by different technicians each time. While all have been skilled and professional, if you prefer to see the same person for each session, that might not always be possible.

   After a disastrous experience at a local salon, I decided to use Pulse Light Clinic and I've never looked back. Best decision ever! From the offset, everything was explained so clearly and my practitioner, Christina is just simply the best. So thorough, yet quick and pain free. A true professional, Christina never leaves room for complaints. She presents the best options and explains things so well so I never doubt her knowledge and advice. I make a point of only making an appointment with her no matter how long I have to wait. A credit to Pulse Light Clinic for sure. My treatment continues to go well so I look forward to being hair free and care free very soon. :-)

   I have been going to pulse light clinic for over a year now and I cannot recommend their services enough! Right from the start when I spoke to Kornelia she was extremely friendly and polite. She was very attentive in listening to my concerns about my hair growth and was able to tailor the package to what I needed. I am so happy with the results and can confidently say that the treatment has really helped my hair growth and it is now near to nothing. If you are on the fence about getting laser hair removal I would definitely recommend going with pulse light clinic!

   My experience at Pulse Light has been really successful thus far. I normally have Xenia at Fenchurch Street, complete the laser sessions. Xenia has made the experience completely stress free, always putting my mind at ease. She is really professional and a genuinely lovely and caring person. She always makes me feel very comfortable in my sessions. I have always had availability for my chosen dates, and have been able to get my sessions in every 6-8 weeks as recommended. So far, the results have been fantastic and I’m finding I do not have to shave at all between sessions (apart from 24 hours prior to the session to remove very small traces of hair).

   I’ve been going to the East Cheap clinic for months now, and still half way through my treatment. So I had my consultation first and had a patch test everything was fine and I had agreed to get half a face and neck. First appointment happens and the lady advises me not to do laser on my top lip, as the hairs aren’t a lot. I’m thinking okay she is the expert if she says she don’t think I should have it then I trust her. Second & Third was great I start to have treatment on the face & neck area. Fourth was delayed because I was on antibiotics, and then cause of sun exposure. But I eventually have the Fourth one. I hadn’t been for a while due to being on antibiotics and sun exposure, I had the same lady as the first time and for some reason she didn’t do my face and only done my neck and chin. Which all the other times I’ve had my face and neck treated, my face clearly needs treated as it’s not been treated for months and is still a bit of hair there. I’ve paid a lot of money to have certain things done, and I feel some of things that were meant to be included I’m not having done. I actually like the clinic, but I only thing I don’t like is that you don’t have a set person doing your treatment. And you have to explain what you had done the last time, however I thought there would be notes for them to go off by. I could be wrong. But other than that it’s a great clinic

   I am blown away! I’ve tried laser hair removal before, but unfortunately nothing worked for me properly, but at Pulse Light Clinic I saw the results straight away! So far I’ve done 6 sessions and the results are OUTSTANDING! My skin was never this smooth in my life.. it’s just amazing! Aestheticians at the clinic are so professional and helpful! They really care about their clients, and it’s so important. I am so glad I found this clinic, and it’s worth every penny!
