   Review I contacted HLC in Bromley at the end of December 2024. I’d been having hair loss for 5 months. I was worried and didn’t know that to do. At my consultation with Sophie she was amazing - patient, caring, reassuring and extremely informative. We talked it through and created my treatment plan which started the next week. So far I have completed a six month course and a 3 month intensive weekly block under the laser, whilst using all the products included with brilliant results. I am so pleased! At the 3 month check you could really see improvement and new growth already. Fast forward to now and the noticeable gaps have been filled with the start of more new hair which we never thought would grow back, some of which is well over an inch long now. My hair is thinner due to the female pattern hair loss and telogen shedding, but the amount of new hair coming through all over is incredible and my hair in general doesn’t noticeably look thinner and feels thicker again. My plan going forward is to carry on with regular monthly maintenance sessions at the Bromley clinic to build on the progress so far. I’d definitely recommend this therapy to anyone having hair problems.

   I have been attending the Bromley clinic for 3 months now after signing up to the laser treatment. My hair was getting very thin and patchy due to an immune condition where my immune attacks my hair follicles. After taking prescription medication for 2 years the condition improved but I was very unhappy with my very thin looking hair. 3 months after starting my laser treatment at the Bromley clinic,and using 5% minoxidil along with the shampoo and vitamin as part of the treatment,I have so much new hair. I really didnt think my hair would grow back when I first started the treatment I was just at a point where I was willing to try anything. The results so far have amazed me. Im looking forward to seeing just how much hair regrowth I have after 6 months. Everyone has been so friendly and understanding on this journey. I usually see Chelsea on my visits to Bromley who is always friendly and up for a chat.my next laser will be at the Rochester clinic which is nearer to where I live. I can really recommend the treatment and the clinics to anyone who is suffering hair loss just go along for your free consultation it might just surprise you with glorious new hair.

   I knew from the first consultation that I was in good hands. Chelsea is honest and knowledgeable which really reassured me that I made the right decision to invest in my hair journey.    My initial consultation was with Sophie she is very knowlegeable, friendly and took time to go over the treatment plan. I felt no pressure to make a decision. I decided to go ahead the plan and started the following week. I am now half way through my treatment and had my midway check. I am so pleased with the results so far.    Was recommended here by a friend and I am happy with the results. Everything was explained to me on my initial visit, and I was shown where my worst areas were under the microscope. I had just enough open follicles left to make laser treatment worthwhile. Half way through my six month course I was already noticing my worst effected areas of my hairline had improved. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer any questions I had along the way. They would do regular checks to monitor progress and make sure things were progressing in the way we wanted. The pictures speak for themselves, I am very happy with the improvement, and I will continue seeing improvement even after the treatment has finished now that the new hairs are through they will thicken up with time to provide an even fuller coverage. The hair loss clinic are still happy to answer any questions I have prior to finishing the course and can provide you with the products you use through the course for continued support of the hairs regrowth. I would definitely recommend going for a free consultation as they will tell you if the laser treatment will be right for you or not depending how many hair follicles you have still active and if it's not for you, they can suggest other treatment methods or recommendations of what you can try moving forward.
