   Nice staff but found the costs not explained properly before my treatment. I had booked over the phone for laser nail treatment and was told £80 per session and package price. Had my consultation and they couldn’t provide the price but would send it to me which must have gone into my junk. When I attended for the treatment was expecting someone to explain costs before treatment and told reception I didn’t get any prices- hinting I should know before treatment. I went to the waiting area and then was treated. After treatment I was shocked at £240 per session as I had to do both feet and most nails. This is a lot more costly than others inc London, I’ve now gone through insurance. Just feedback that prices should be discussed before treatment as it was a shock to me and confirm this before booking the treatment.

   My first visit to this hidden gem to have a Japanese head spa and all I can say is “I will be having more!” This was a wonderfully relaxing experience that I can thoroughly recommend to anyone who loves having their head massaged and their hair brushed! What a treat with a fantastic therapist in Michelle and the products, time and explanations of treatments is invaluable. I would recommend this special spa to anyone who likes to invest in themselves and deserves a treat because at the end of the day you only live once!!!

   Today i had my iPixel laser resurfacing treatment with Lucia at Dr.Medispa, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. This was my fourth visit, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. Lucia is absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring. What really sets her apart is how open she is about her own skin journey. She shares what has and hasn’t worked for her, including helpful advice around diet and lifestyle, so I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in my skin plan. The service at Dr.Medispa is truly bespoke. Every visit feels personalised, unhurried, and professional, with high-quality products and exceptional care throughout. I travel just under two hours to get here, and it is 100% worth every mile — the results speak for themselves. I would highly, highly recommend Dr.Medispa to anyone considering skin treatments. The quality of service, expertise, and results are second to none.

   ✨ Thank You to Kat & Dr Medi Spa ✨ I had my very first Ultraformer session with Kat, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Kat was incredibly informative, taking the time to sit with me for around 20 minutes before the treatment, answering all of my questions in great detail. She even showed me exactly how the Ultraformer machine works and explained the layers it targets beneath the skin, which gave me so much confidence going into the treatment. Throughout the session, Kat was so attentive—checking in with me frequently and offering lots of encouragement. I felt completely at ease and reassured that I had chosen the right clinic for this treatment. The reception team also deserve a mention for being so welcoming and lovely on arrival. I’m genuinely excited for my next two sessions and to continue my skin journey with Dr Medi Spa. Thank you again Kat, and thank you to the whole team! I can’t wait to see you all again soon!    I had one of the most precise microneedling and skin peel with Katherine. I had no numbing which was hard but she made me feel so comfortable and left no stone unturned in making sure she took the time to complete the whole of my face. Usually therapists try and complete quickly when they know the client is in pain but she really took her time and stopping where needed . I will always go to her going forward and the company should be proud to have someone like Katherine who I felt treated me as an individual not just as another client . Thank you Katherine .

Alice knows what my skin needs and offer bespoke facials or treatments that is best suited for my sensitive skin. I would highly recommend DrMediSpa if you have any skin concern - they know exactly what your skin needs! Excellent service.

   I always enjoy a visit to DrMediSpa. The staff are always lovely and Dr Soloman is excellent. I always feel listened to and he has really helped me make my skin much better and I am happier as a result. If I had more money I think I would practically live there! :) Latest up to date technology, treatments and most importantly good in-depth knowledge and care. I thoroughly recommend them.

   I had a skin consultation with Kat in the Loughton clinic who was really lovely and knowledgeable. She helped me formulate a basic skincare plan and explained everything thoroughly keeping in mind the results I want to achieve. The ladies at reception are always friendly and welcoming, overall I’m really happy with my experience so far can’t wait for my hydrafacial!

   I had a face to face consultation with Alice and she really took the time to understand my skin concerns. She didn’t pressure me into purchasing any treatments or products but instead gave me samples to try to see how I get on and had went through a thorough explanation of what treatment programme she thinks would work for me. For the first time in a long time, I felt very confident in healing my skin with a skin expert.
