   I highly recommend Dr. Otigbah. We had the Harmony test done at The Oaks Clinic, and the experience was completely different from our NHS 12-week scan — in the best way possible. I’m so glad our first scan was at The Oaks. Dr. Otigbah took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions with care and patience. Seeing our baby on the monitor for the first time was truly magical, and we left the appointment feeling reassured and supported. In contrast, our 12-week NHS scan felt rushed and impersonal — I would have been really upset if that had been our first experience. Dr. Otigbah is professional, empathetic, and an all-around lovely person. If we’re lucky enough to have another baby, we’ll definitely be coming back — and I’ve already recommended her to many friends. E.H July / August 2022

   Exceptional service. Dr Chineze Otigbah is amazing so calm and reassuring. She got information accross to me and my husband precise and clear. It may not have been the answers we wanted but she handled the situation with professional care which is exactly what we needed.    I was recommended the oaks clinic by a friend who had a miscarriage. I just had 2 consecutive miscarriages at that point. I fell pregnant and booked to go. After telling dr my history I was prescribed extra strength folic acid and progesterone. I went back for I think it was an 8 week scan, I was so nervous I felt sick but there I saw a tiny little heartbeat. I had another scan with them at 10 weeks and then waited for my NHS one. There was absolutely no way I would have been able to keep that pregnancy without their help! Dr was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation and she seemed so happy for me when I first saw my baby on the screen. Tony was so helpful and went over and above to help me when my doctors were so unhelpful in getting repeat prescriptions. I now have a beautiful little girl who’s 9 weeks! I’ve since recommended the oaks to friends who have been struggling to either get pregnant or keep their pregnancy. Thank you to them for giving me the chance to have another baby.

   I was recommended to Dr by a mum I looked after after childbirth, that made me look for Dr in the hospital for one year, eventually I met her, Dr is so warm and highly experienced. I personally hold Dr at very high esteem, she made my fertility journey so easy and now I became pregnant, am being managed by her in the clinic she is running, that’s twins clinic in queens hospital. Am so excited am in a better hands. Coming back to Tony, he is a g pod customer service, All I can say to both Dr and Tony is a very big Thank you.

   I went to the Oaks Clinic to have the harmony test as I wanted extra reassurance even though I was considered low risk. Tony managed to book me in the same day which was fantastic. Once we arrived Dr Chineze was so friendly and professional and carried out a scan before taking my bloods. Wow - what a difference this scan was to my 12 week NHS scan! She showed us many different things on the baby such as the blood flow in and out of heart and cord, the palette (confirmed no cleft palette), the brain development etc - it was so reassuring! She also told us the gender with about 99% accuracy at 13 weeks, which was later confirmed by the Harmony test results which I received in 3 days! Absolutely blown away by the service at The Oaks Clinic and will be recommending to others.

   I cannot recommend Dr Otigbah and Tony of The Oaks Clinic enough, I’ve been for two scans with her since falling pregnant and nothing is too much trouble, interpreting bloods, being so happy and reassuring for us as first-time parents (the complete opposite to our NHS hospital as I’m an older mum-to-be). I would recommend Dr Otigbah to anyone looking for private scans, antenatal care, both have been absolutely brilliant. I’m sure I’ll be back again before our little one is born to ask more questions :)

   Dr.Chineze is so knowledgeable, experienced and kind. The scans with her made us ready for our baby. Tony and the Doctor are so nice and this is so worth the expense. It was our first baby and she took the time to answer our questions. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are expecting and you want to put your mind at ease and have the time to understand things better this is where you should go. just brilliant

   I can highly recommend The Oak Clinic. What a fantastic customer service by Tony at the reception. Dr Otigbah is very professional and lovely. She answered all our questions and helped us during my first trimester. Great service, appointments were always on time. Dr Otigbah made us feel comfortable anytime we were there.
