   Naimish was amazing! I am not good with injections and am currently getting a few done for a trip to Asia. Naimish was very patient, understanding and just overall brilliant. I went for a consultation and he said he was able to do the first few that day. I had three done but I barely felt them. The most injections I’ve ever had at once yet It was the most positive experience I have had with needles. Thank you Naimish!

   One of the best pharmacies I’ve visited. The boss man was an extremely pleasant person, as were his colleagues, and did everything possible to assist me when I presented myself for an unplanned blood pressure check. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m pleased he set me up for a 24hr monitor - more than I’d have likely got from the doctor surgery!    After leaving sorting my travel vaccinations a bit late, I phoned Crofton who were able to facilitate me getting the vaccines I needed super quickly. The consultation appointment was quick and was able to get all 4x vaccines recommended during the appointment. I was offered super helpful advice on recommended vaccines, without being pushed into committing to anything unnecessary. The pricing of each vaccine was also communicated very transparently, further helping to decide what I needed. I will be returning to Crofton for any further help I need with travel vaccinations.

   The pharmacist was so helpful in diagnosing & treating allergic conjunctivitis in my 5 year old son, who’d had a sudden onset of very worryingly swollen and itchy eyes. This will now be my ‘go to’ pharmacy. Can’t recommend highly enough!

   I called in yesterday to buy some chloramphenicol eye ointment. I'm a nurse and able to recognise the symptoms. I spoke to the pharmacist who told me I didn't have conjunctivitis, she could not sell me chloramphenicol but suggested I buy a tube of Brolene or Golden Eye ointment instead. When I told her the active ingredient in both those preparations was chloramphenicol that she'd just refused to sell me she told me I was wrong and they don't. Not impressed at the level of her knowledge, manners or attitude. Arguing with me about my symptoms was bad enough but giving out misinformation is dreadful.

   I had my hepatitis B vaccine done by one of the pharmacists today, I was so anxious to have it done but he spoke to me the whole time to relax me and he offered to do the vaccine either sitting on a chair or laying down on the floor on a yoga mat. He also willingly allowed me to listen to my music while having the vaccine which was amazing and it meant that I was able to have a stress free experience. I will endeavour to come to Croft on pharmacy for any advice or vaccines in the future, best service out there! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone.
