Big complaint going in about the receptionist and drs here. As a social worker I am disgusted about their lack of communication and urgency. My nan has several issues and they do not call back or send a district nurse round! Wouldnβt even give it a star. You would get better support in third world country then here. Incompetent and lack of knowledge of basic health and social skills

I attended the church road surgery today and would like to commend the nurse that attended to me. She was very proffessional and amazing at her job. I cant thank her enough.

Since Thanet road, Bexley surgery being part of Sidcup Medical practice, have been nothing but disappointed and let down by their supposed 'service'. The lark of care and attention from those before you even get the chance to see a doctor is awful. My poor elderly father wouldn't stand a chance of arranging an appointment. I value the NHS and its Medical staff but something has to be done around the incompetence of those processes to get an appointment.

I wish this practice was shut down for incompetence, negligence and malpractice. How long have you got? First, I lost my first baby at 28 weeks, I was told to make a 6 week post natal appointment which took 4 weeks to arrange as the admin people couldnβt understand what I was asking for. Then when I finally saw a Dr they asked me why I hadnβt brought my baby. Second, my 85 year old father has been treated horrendously by these people. They have mixed him up with another patient, refused to send nurses to treat open wounds, failed to update his record after tests, the list goes on. He is now in such a bad way that there is very little that can be done for him. If this practice had taken him seriously when this all started he might have been in a better state now. Save yourself and register at ANY other practice. The only reason this practice deserves any grain of praise is because in 1990 when I was 3 years old I had meningitis and Dr Kwan (now retired) came out on Christmas Day on a house call. Things have changed a lot since then.

This GP practice should be closed down. A better and more responsible medical group should take over this area. Not only it is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone, but the 'doctors' are rude, dismissive and in my view absolutely clueless. They just don't care. They are almost always late so even if you have been allocated a 10 minutes slots, if they are late they will just shorten the appointment time and you are left with 30 seconds to explain your issue and for them to send you back home without having provided any medical advice.

I have been in agony for an entire year with no help from this surgery whatsoever. They kept sending me away with pain killers, diagnosing me for the wrong things because they couldn't be bothered to refer me to the right people for relevant tests. I finally went elsewhere and was sent for an emergency MRI and then immediately sent for surgery the following day. I have lost an entire year due to the lack of care from this surgery. Avoid it at all costs, they do not take care for their patients.

The waiting time just to get to the front desk is shocking. I donβt mean this rudely but you really need to get some staff who are quicker on the computer. Iβve been waiting here for 25 minutes just while someone at reception is looking for an appointment!

My Nan of 97 was unwell so the home contacted the so called Dr's for help. They refused to come out and said they would do a video call instead. Then never even bothered to do that. However, could get there quick another when going in to inject but they get more money for that. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a Dr let alone a human being. My Nan passed away a few days later.

Lovely staff! They moved quickly to pick up an ongoing health condition that I was unaware of that was caused by stress! I can't thank them enough!

I don't think I've ever come across such a poorly-run practice. There seems to be a different department for every single process, and every issue is "not that department's job". Nothing is coordinated, to the point that I'm still awaiting blood test results from 2022. Despite a doctor telling me I needed this blood test to rule out a particular health issue, another doctor from the same practice said I was 'wasting my time' by getting a blood test. It's horrendous that two GPs from the same practice are providing completely contradictory advice. In a separate issue, even with a potential cancer scare, I was never seen in-person by the GP. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
